Champneys has four locations around the UK: Forest Mere, Henlow Grange, Tring and Springs.

Springs has recently refurbished many of its bedrooms and in its new modern style combines luxury along with an exceptionally friendly atmosphere.

Everything is designed specifically to help you de-stress and unwind. The gym has been extended to create greater space for guests and members, along with a complete new range of state-of-the-art gym equipment. The restaurant has also had a stylish revamp to provide a laid-back dining experience.

With contemporary style, the new bedrooms are light and fresh with rich colours blended with neutral shades to create a comfortable feel. With new upholstery and furnishings, they're also equipped with flat-screen TVs and DVD players. Luxury bathrooms (some with walk-in showers), have a crisp white decor accented by warm brown, bronze and gold mosaic tiles.
