The Most Important Thing

... is taking personal responsibility for our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and actions.

Wayne Dyer; A Living Legend in Self Growth

My All-Time Favorite!

I fell in love with Wayne Dyer's teaching many years ago. He spoke with a gentle voice and wrote with honesty and vulnerability. Sharing his personal journey, Wayne has helped millions of us grow right along side him.

Dr. Wayne W. Dyer, affectionately called the "father of motivation" by his fans, is one of the most widely known and respected people in the field of self-empowerment. He became a well-known author with his bestselling book, Your Erroneous Zones, and has gone on to write many other self-help classics, including Meditations for Manifesting, Staying on the Path, Your Sacred Self, Everyday Wisdom, and You'll See It When You Believe It.

Despite his childhood spent in orphanages and foster homes, Dr. Dyer, who has a doctorate in counseling psychotherapy, has overcome many obstacles to make his dreams come true. Today he spends much of his time showing others how to do the same. His latest Hay House titles include: Secrets of Your Own Healing Power, Wisdom of the Masters, Creating Your World the Way You Really Want It to Be, with Deepak Chopra, and How to Get What You Really, Really, Really, Really Want.
When he's not traveling the globe delivering his uplifting message, Wayne is writing from his home in Maui, Hawaii.

Practice Unbending Intent
"When you practice unbending intent, you match up with the intent of the all-creative universal mind. So keep a solid picture of the task you want to accomplish in your mind, and refuse to let that intention disappear."

Be Receptive
"Being receptive means allowing your "senior partner" to handle your life for you. By being peaceful, quiet, and receptive, you pattern yourself in the image of God, and you regain the power of your Source."

"The law of attraction is this: You don't attract what you want. You attract what you are."

"If you really are interested in getting rid of excuses you'll find that most of the thoughts you have are not true. They won't hold up to the simple question - is this true? We tend to believe our thoughts are true. But when you examine whether your thought that something is really difficult or risky, there is just as much of a chance that the opposite thought is true. If that's the case you have a choice. Why not think thoughts that could hold up to being true?"

"When you are inspired by a great purpose, everything will begin to work for you."

This is a New Day!

The Magic of Life is Within

James Arthur Ray; Spirituality Meets Science

The Result is Success

I first saw James in "The Secret," as I know most of the world did. Then I did some research and found out that he's been around for a long time. I got to attend one of his seminars in July of 2008. It was fantastic! He is not only brilliant, but has a bright and magnetic personality. He built rapport in the room more quickly than I've ever seen before. I came away from the experience not only with greater understanding, but also with greater respect for James.

Growing up, he was the kid every one loved to ridicule. His Coke bottle glasses earned him the name of "Four Eyes;" his buck teeth snagged him the nickname "Bugs Bunny." His self esteem took a beating every single day. Day after day he'd wonder aloud, "Why me?"

At the age of 18, most kids focus their attention on movies, dances, parties, and their raging hormones. Not James.

He knew deep inside no girl would want to have anything to do with him so he became a virtual hermit feeling sorry for himself.

He practically barricaded himself in his room consumed by a question which has occupied the greatest minds for centuries. His driving search for knowledge took him on a long and profound spiritual journey.

Wherever people asked questions about the meaning of life, the purpose of the universe, and the laws of success, James Arthur Ray was there carving out his path.

He explored the paths of Buddhism totally at odds with his father who was a Protestant minister. Their fights ending in pleas to "just have some faith" left him angry at the feeling of emptiness within him. He had questions that demanded an answer...but none were forthcoming until his search turn to a different direction.

After a brutal motorcycle accident that nearly took his life and ended up shattering his knees, his left forearm, and his lower back, the questions took on new urgency.

His search expanded to psychology, physiology, and personal development. At each turn, the signs pointed him in a direction he never thought he'd go.

Do you remember when you were growing up there were certain subject in school you just loved? Time would fly by in the classroom. And then there were the classes you hated and time slowed to a crawl. For James, nothing was worse than Science and within Science - nothing was worse than physics.

But he just knew in his core - in his heart of hearts, there was something there really valuable. And when he turned his attention to Quantum Physics, he began to formulate the Science of Success.

James Ray

When James was on his spiritual journey, the answers and the meaning that both touched his heart and engaged his brain were found in the realm of mysticism. Imagine his surprise when it turned out that many Quantum theorists, turned to religion to solve the ultimate questions of the world. He was moved when he discovered the father of the atomic age, Albert Einstein wrote, "Science without religion is lame. Religion without science is blind."

James learned science without spirituality was an empty shell. Along with the answers science provided, came responsibility. The words of Martin Luther King Jr. echoed in his ears, "Our scientific power has outrun our spiritual power. We have guided missiles and misguided men."

Suddenly everything clicked and James plunged on ahead on his path leading to his discovery of...

The Laws of Success

"The Universal Laws operate all the time- whether or not you know about them, and whether or not they seem fair. It may not be fair that a youngster falls down when he is learning to walk, but the law of gravity is at work day and night, whether the youngster is sleeping or trying to take his first steps, and whether or not he even understands gravity. It's the same thing with these laws. They operate in your life whether or not you know about them or use them consciously so you might as well take hold of them and put them to work for you, steering your career, relationships, health, spirituality, and finances the way you want them to go."
-James Arthur Ray

Almost overnight, James cracked the code and transformed his life. He became a top consultant to top companies like IBM, Bell Canada, AT&T, Dow Chemical, Boeing Aircraft, RE/MAX, Nikken, Amway, Coca-Cola, Merrill Lynch, Subway, Sprint, Verizon, Century 21, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Herbalife. Using the Science of Success, the "four-eyed" geek no one wanted to talk to tripled his six figure income. Today he's a multi-millionaire.

But something Gandhi once said moved James to turn his direction to others. "You must be the change you want to see in the world." That moved him to take action and share his message with the rest of the world.

Life CAN Be Grace and Beauty!

Mike Dooley; Universal Adventurer

Jambo!

I adore Mike Dooley! I've been getting his TUT's notes from the universe for about a year and a half. I still love them. They're not too long and always uplifting. Mike has a tremendous sense of humor and a great ease about him. It shows in everything he does. It was "TheSecret" that first introduced me to Mike, but like James, he's been around for quite a while. If you've ever seen him, you know that he genuinely cares about people and wants to help them build happiness.

Mike Dooley didn't know what he was going to do. He quit his job at Price Waterhouse. He left the company, his security, and his home. He went to Orlando and sat there, lost, confused, waiting for direction. None came.

Meanwhile, his brother was making some money from royalties on a few t-shirts he had designed. So Mike, his brother, and later their mother, went into the t-shirt business. They called their business TUT, for Totally Unique T-shirts. Everyone from Disney to Macy's bought and sold them. Within ten years they sold more than one million shirts. Life was good.

As the market began to change, and major buyers began to make their own t-shirts, the family business decided to stop business. The artistic brother began a career as an actor and improv comic. The enterprising mother, who had already written two books, began a full-time career as a writer. Mike decided to buy out the family business--- which by that time had come to be known as "Totally Unique Thoughts"---and run it himself.

"Our most popular t-shirts had always been the ones with inspiring or spiritual sayings written on them," Mike told me over the phone one day. "So I decided to offer a Monday Morning Motivator by e-mail to our loyal list of followers."
The Monday memos were usually poems. His list was originally just several dozen people, those who had signed a guest book in their stores, but his band of followers at the time the stores closed was up to 1,000 names. Instead of writing to these people with an opening that said, "Dear loyal t-shirt customer...," Mike decided on a more unique approach.

"I created an Adventurers Club and invited them to be a member for the sum of only $36 a year," Mike explained. "They would get weekly and even daily messages from me, all of an inspiring, motivational and/or spiritual nature."

Did it work?
"No. Almost no one paid for it. So I decided to offer it for free, thinking I would somehow figure out how to make a business from it down the road."

Mike's Monday Morning Memos caught on. People loved the inspiring weekly poetry. Eventually he gathered the courage to add his own insightful commentaries that would accompany each poem. His subscriber base grew to 3,000 names.
"About this time I had a friend of mine who was making $15,000 every month from banner ads on his e-cards," says Mike. "So I put all my energy into making free e-cards that people could sponsor click-through ads on. I used the old t-shirt art I had and added some commentary to make the e-cards unique."
But that didn't work out, either.

"Within six months the Internet bubble burst, and advertisers stopped taking ads on e-cards. My friend no longer made $15,000 a month. I never made more than $100 from my e-cards. But I'm still glad I did them."

Why is he glad?
"They have become a viral marketing campaign," Mike explains. "People send them to others and suddenly my website is known to potentially millions of people. Those e-cards are still a popular feature on my website."

Around this time--in 2001---Mike decided to take the biggest leap of faith of all.
"I recorded 12 audiotapes, packaged them, and called them 'Infinite Possibilities: The Art of Living Your Dreams.' They are a combination of my weekly e-memos, old talks I had given, and entirely fresh material."

That tape set became a turning point for Mike's online business.
"People would get an e-card from someone, see a link at the bottom for my tapes, and make an impulse buy right then and there."

Mike now sells 40 to 60 tape sets every month (and the pace is quickening) at a retail price of $125.00 for either cassettes or CDs. While he's never asked for a single testimonial for his tapes, he has at this point collected an overwhelming amount of them. You can see them from the links at http://www.tut.com/ipa.htm Here are three quick ones~

While Mike has added a daily e-memo to his weekly ones, he has never advertised, done any publicity, or implemented any marketing. His tape sales come from word-of-mouth sharing. His database is currently 5,000 hot names, and growing. He plans to consider using pay-for-click services to build his database. Next he'll focus on his affiliate program, which he just added to his site.

In short, Mike went from a company drop-out with no mission to a man with a giant mission. And he uses the Internet as his primary vehicle to help people go for their dreams. His main marketing tool is his "Enlightenment-by-E-mail" daily and weekly inspiring messages, which continue to be free.

What's his advice for building a successful business and making your own TUT---totally unique thoughts---come true?

"As clearly as possible define the end result of what you want in emotional terms," he advises. "Get into that emotion now, even before you start working for the dream or even quitting your job. Having the end result firmly in mind now will help you weather any setbacks that may occur later."

"And don't worry about how you will get to that end result," he adds. "There are a million ways to achieve success or wealth, or whatever you want. Don't tie the hands of the universe by thinking it has to come in one certain way. The universe has 'Infinite Possibilities' at its beck and call. Trust it."
Finally, I asked Mike if he would offer a "totally unique thought" specifically for you, the reader of this article. Here's what he sent~

"Success in the world, business or otherwise, is far more a function of how well you engage the Universe and its magic, than it is of how well you manipulate the time and space around you. This is every tycoon's secret - whether they know it or not.
"Your job is NOT to out maneuver the competition, to play into the hands of future clients and customers, or to reinvent the wheel. Your job is to define your dream, to imagine the end result, and to move with your hunches and instincts - that's it. The rest will automatically and effortlessly fall into place... a brilliant marketing strategy, the best "location", the "clutch" idea, and perfect timing between them. The Universe is ALIVE in the unseen, and active in all of your affairs. Learn how to use it."

My Life is in My Hands.

Doreen Virtue, and Your Angels

They Really Are Here

Do you believe in Angels? Have you ever experienced their presence or activity in your life? I have. Many years ago, a friend gave me a couple of books on Angels. At that time, I didn't know if they were real or not. One book taught how to reach out to our Guardian Angel. Without expecting it to work, I gave it a try. Laying in bed one night, I stated with my thoughts, "If I have a Guardian Angel, please let me know that you're here." Before I even finished the thought, it felt like a large hand grasped my foot and gently squeezed it. It was undeniably real, yet there was no one else home.

Doreen Virtue has appeared on Oprah, Good Morning America, The View, and CNN. She's traveled the world revealing how angels can assist you in every area of your life. And guess what. She can reveal to you the one key you've been missing so you can do it too! You see, angels are among us right now. They hear our prayers, feel our yearning, and want to dry our tears. The more you invite them into your life, the more our lives reflect the life God intended for us all. And here's the best part; you can evaluate Doreen's Special Limited Time Offer FREE for 30 days!

Right now, your angels are calling out to you. They want you to fulfill your dreams, exceed your fondest wishes, and live the life you have always dreamed about.
Dr. Doreen Virtue is a spiritual clairvoyant Doctor of Psychology who holds BA, MA, and Ph.D. degrees in Counseling Psychology. Dr. Virtue is the author of twenty-two books on mind-body-spirit issues. Inclusive of this list are such titles as: "Healing with the Angels," "Divine Guidance," "Angel Therapy," "The Lightworker's Way" and "The Yo-Yo Diet Syndrome."

Dr. Virtue is the founder and former director of WomanKind Psychiatric Hospital at Cumberland Hall Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. She was also an administrator at Woodside Women's Hospital in the San Francisco Bay Area. Both all-women psychiatric hospitals specialized in treating women's psychological issues. Dr. Virtue also directed three outpatient psychiatric centers, including an adolescent drug & alcohol abuse center.

As a child, Doreen was a natural clairvoyant, seeing and conversing with, what many people call, "invisible friends" (which are really angels and deceased loved ones). But this natural gift and ability was little understood by the young Doreen and her family, and was the cause of teasing by her friends. Consequently, Doreen learned to deny her abilities, effectively shutting them down before she was mature enough to fully appreciate them.

Neale Donald Walsch; Conversing with God

And Sharing it WithYou

I've loved Neale since the first Conversation's with God book, because of his humanness and his courage to share something that much of the world was not ready for. His latest, "Happier Than God," is definitely my favorite. If you haven't read it, I recommend you do ... several times!

Neale Donald Walsch is a modern day spiritual messenger whose words continue to touch the world in profound ways. With an early interest in religion and a deeply felt connection to spirituality, Neale spent the majority of his life thriving professionally, yet searching for spiritual meaning before beginning his now famous conversation with God. His With God series of books has been translated into 27 languages, touching millions of lives and inspiring important changes in their day-to-day lives.

Neale was born in Milwaukee, WI to a Roman Catholic family that encouraged his quest for spiritual truth. Serving as his first spiritual mentor, Neale's mother taught him not to be afraid of God, as she believed in having a personal relationship with the divine-teaching Neale to do the same. A non-traditional believer, Neale's mother hardly ever went to church, and when he asked her why, she told Neale, "I don't have to go to church-God comes to me. He's with me and around me wherever I am." This view of God at an early age would later move Neale to transcend traditional views of organized religion.

By the age of 15, Neale's involvement with spiritually based teachings led him to begin reading a variety of spiritual texts, including the Bible, the Rig Veda, the Upanishads and the Gospel according to Sri Ramakrishna. He noticed that when people got involved in religion they seemed less joyful and more angry, exhibiting behaviors of prejudice and separateness. Neale concluded that the collective experience of theology was not positive.

Restless by nature and always seeking to expand his opportunities for self-expression, Neale in the years that followed became a radio station program director, a newspaper reporter and, ultimately, managing editor, public information officer for one of the nation's largest public school systems, and, after moving to the West Coast, creator and owner of his own public relations and marketing firm. Moving from one career field to another, he could not seem to find occupational satisfaction, his relationship life was in constant turmoil (he had married and divorced four times), and his health was going rapidly downhill.

He had relocated in Oregon as part of a change-of-scene strategy to find his way, but Fate was to provide more than a change of scene. It produced a change in his entire life. A car driven by an elderly gentleman made a left turn directly into his path, Neale emerging from the auto accident with a broken neck. He was lucky to escape with his life.

Over a year of rehab threw him out of work. A failed marriage had already removed him from his home, and soon he couldn't keep even the small apartment he'd rented. Within months he found himself on the street, homeless. It took him the better part of a year to pull himself together and get back under shelter. He found, at first, modest part time jobs, once again in broadcasting, then worked his way into full time employment and an eventual spot on a syndicated radio talk show host. He had seen the bottom of life living outside, gathering beer and soda cans in the park to collect the return deposit, but now he seemed to be on a roll again. Yet, once again, Neale felt emptiness in his life. In 1992, following a period of deep despair, Neale awoke in the middle of a February night and wrote an anguished letter to God. "What does it take," he angrily scratched across a yellow legal pad, "to make life work?"

Now well chronicled and widely talked about, it was this questioning letter that received a divine answer. Neale says that he heard a voice, soft and kind, warm and loving, that gave him an answer to this and other questions. Awestruck and inspired, he quickly scribbled these responses onto the tablet. More questions came, and, as fast as they occurred to him, answers were given in the same soft voice, which now seemed placed inside his head. Before he knew it, Neale found himself engaged in a two-way on-paper dialogue.

Dr. Gay Hendricks; Conscious Loving

Self-Love and Loving Relationships

Gay and Katie Hendricks are quiet heroes; the kind you rarely hear about. They help people learn how to love themselves. Then they teach us how to really love others. There is no more precious gift in life than this. For more information about them and their work, visit Who is Gay Hendricks?.

Gay Hendricks, Ph.D., was Professor of Counseling for twenty-one years in the school of Education at the University of Colorado, where he began teaching in 1974 shortly after receiving his doctorate from Stanford University. Gay is one of the leading theorists in the emerging field of body-mind integration and is author of over 20 books in education, transpersonal psychology and centering, including~

* Conscious Breathing
* The Centering Book
* Learning to Love Yourself
* Conscious Loving (co-authored)
* At the Speed of Life
* The Corporate Mystic

Gay's work has been mentioned and/or reviewed in Self, GQ, Psychology Today, Yoga Journal, Delicious, Lotus Journal, Catalyst, USA Today, Edmonton Journal and springs Magazine. Originally trained as a traditional psychologist, Gay later gravitated toward a body-centered approach after a life-changing experience taught him that when you resist your feelings, you create a state of duality. If you open up to what's inside - what actually is - feel it deeply and learn to love it, the nature of the feelings change.

Transformation is up to Us

Bob Doyle; Wealth Beyond Reason

Why Not?

Bob Doyle is an inspiration because he's a regular guy who changed everything and created an extraordinary life. Not only that, but he spends his life showing other regular people how to do the same. He doesn't flash sports cars and diamonds in your face with big promises of instant results. He tells it like it is and what it takes to create lasting change. I respect that.

"In 2002, I was in my fourth year at a corporate job which I had grown to absolutely hate. There was no sense of purpose or passion in the work I was doing, and I absolutely knew that there was more to life than a nice paycheck - which I did have at that time. Of course, it was that paycheck which kept me "enslaved" in that job because I felt I needed the security it provided.

But inside, I was dying. It literally felt like that. I would sit at that desk and feel like my spirit was literally drying up.

So, in January of 2002, I simply quit my job. No safety net whatsoever. Obviously, that's not the correct step for everyone, and things were certainly tough as a result, but I would die if I stayed. There was no question in my mind.

Now, I've always had various projects going "on the side" to keep me sane, and to allow for SOME kind of creative expression in my life. Personal development has nearly always been at the root of these projects, mostly because I wanted to experience breakthroughs in my OWN life, and the share the successful principles with others. Because I was so desperately miserable - and knew that there were literally millions of others in a similar position, if I could find an answer, I knew it was my job to share it with as many people as I could.

Long story short (if possible), I was actually out "on the road" talking to people about what I'd learned about "creating your own reality", at that time focusing on manifestation through meditation.

But there was a HUGE piece missing. Although I understood these principles on an intellectual level for the most part, what I did NOT fully understand was the Law of Attraction, and how it really works, and primarily how it was working in my own life.

The fallout from having that piece missing was a DISASTEROUS financial situation. While I'm happy to say that I never had to declare bankruptcy, I'm sure there would have been those who would have advised it. We had less than no money, and things were getting stressful to say the least.

At that point - luckily - I had learned enough to recognize that I was trying to figure everything out for myself, rather than truly allowing the Universe to handle all this for me - something that I "taught" folks to do, but obviously hadn't followed myself.

The day came that I just gave up "trying", and in essence asked the Universe for direction, and committed to following my intuition without question, regardless of how far "off path" the signs I got seemed to take me. I simply trusted, and let go of having to have all the answers myself.

Through an amazing series of seemingly unrelated situations, I attracted the information that changed my life forever. Information that opened my eyes to what I'd been missing the whole time. It was information that explained HOW all this stuff I talked about actually worked - at the scientific level - so that any lingering resistance I had to FULLY incorporating into my life disappeared.

This information that I'm talking about has all been rolled into the Wealth Beyond Reason program. You can have the same breakthroughs that I did, and turn things around starting today.

Once I began understanding the Law of Attraction and "wealth consciousness", a major switch flipped! I began LIVING these principles 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I didn't look at this as a "program" I was doing. It was my LIFE.

Little by little, things began to shift. It helped tremendously that I regained my sense of purpose and passion and committed myself to that, rather than desperately looking around for any old way to make a few dollars. I promised myself that I would never EVER again do anything for a living that I didn't absolutely love and was in alignment with my sense of purpose.

And yes, facilitating this program is a major part of that. But this is not the only way that I create income (something people often wonder about). Among other things I write music, I do voiceover work, I write, I offer consulting in various areas of marketing (but only to the extent that it's fun to do that!), and other things that simply occur to me as fun to do.

ANYONE can live their life this way. You may not see that as a possibility now. But my commitment to you, as a member of the Wealth Beyond Reason program, is that I will show you how, absolutely."
