WHO AM I
Charles P.M.Nazi is a Business Consultant dealing with providing Business Consultancy Services to Small and Medium enterprises in Tanzania. He is an Author of a book titled, Mbinu za biashara na maarifa ya kupata pesa na utajiri.He has 25 years working experience as a Senior Internal Auditor and has 20 years experience in managing microfinance institution especially SACCOS.

MY MISSION
Commitment to provide the best mentoring advisory and consultancy services to SMEs ,SACCOS and NGOS in Tanzania and globally to ensure they manage their Organizations efficiently.

MY VISSION
I believe that the problems hindering development of SMEs in Tanzania is not just lack of capital but lack of entrepreneurship and Business management and knowledge. Therefore my vision is to provide entrepreneurship and Business management knowledge to SMES to ensure they manage their enterprises efficiently and profitably.

MY GOALS
1. To provide mentoring, advisory, facilitation and consultancy services to SMEs, SACCOS
and NGOS for managing their Organizations efficiently.

2. To prepare Business plans.
3. To provide Entrepreneurship training to SMEs.
4. To install and train users how to run SMEs Computerised Accounting packages such as
MYOB and Tally.
5. To prepare project write up for NGOs.
6. To prepare Constitutions, Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association for
Organizations.
7. To prepare Tender documents.
8. Provide management consultancy services to Cooperative societies especially SACCOS.
9. To publish entrepreneurship and Business Management books for SMEs in order to
provide knowledge to many stakeholders.

MY FUTURE PLANS.
To strengthen and expand my business all over Tanzania.
