1 lemon, zested
1 orange, zested

3 table spoon all-purpose flour
5 eggs
2 egg yolks
½ cup sour cream

½ cup sugar
1 cup water
1 table spoon finely grated lemon zest
Combine berries, sugar, water and zest

The easy way to make carrot cake cheesecake recipe at home. Make a note of the ingredients listed below:Ingredients
2 cups of flour
2 cups of granulated sugar
2 tea spoons of cinnamon
½ tea spoon of salt
1 tea spoon of baking powder
2 tea spoons of baking soda
4 eggs
Vanilla extract
1 ½ cup of vegetable oil
1 bag of whole carrots
1 cup of pecan pieces
16oz. box of powdered sugar
8 oz. package of Philadelphia cream cheese
1 stick of butter
3 round baking tins (Get Cake Tins - Not Pie!)
Pre-heat the Owen at 350 Degree and grease your pans you can use butter or vegetable oil. Just get it around all of the bottom and the sides too so that the cake mixture don't stick, its very sticky and then add a little bit of flour, just make sure you could all of the bottom and the sides as well. Shred the carrot by hand don't buy bad variety of carrot because it may not turn put to be the same. Shed 3 cups of carrots do not buy the bag variety do it by hand. Now mix the dry ingredients, 2 cups of flour, 2 cups of sugar, 2 tea spoons of cinnamon, half a tea spoon of salt, one table spoon of baking powder, 2 tea spoons of baking soda. Mixture the ingredients thoroughly just see that Cinnamon evenly distributed. Then tea spoon of vanilla extract and 4 eggs, then mix it very thoroughly it will take you few minutes. Now you can add 3 cups of shredded carrots, then add one and half cup of vegetable oil, see that it gets evenly distributed and mixed and transfer them to your pans. Now your are ready to keep your preheated owen to 360 degrees. Set the timer to 30 minutes,
now we are ready of the icing, take 16 oz. of powdered sugar one box, 1 packet 8 ounces of cream cheese, stick of butter, vanilla extract one tea spoon and top nuts one cup, this will also take you long time 5-10 minutes to get thoroughly mixed.
Now after 30 mins test the cake in the Owen it should be nice and hard, if it is not keep it for 5 more minutes and you should get the desired results. Keep it on the table to get cooler so that you can spread the icing on it. When it is Hot the icing will just melt and dribble and get every where
For about 30 mins or an hour, get a wax paper and flip the cakes over, put them on to a serving dish remove the wax paper and distribute the icing, for the first two cakes don't worry about putting the icing on the sides you can do later, and for the third cake distribute it on the top and then ice the sides. It makes easier if you wait till the third cake.
