The Chicago Blackhawks jersey colors are black, white, and red. Like all of the other NHL teams during the 2007 season, the Blackhawks surprised us by unveiling Reebok Edge jerseys. Unlike the other clubs the Chicago Blackhawks did not change very much from teams previous jerseys.
The Chicago Blackhawks home jerseys are red with white and black accents while their away jerseys are white with red and black accents. It's interesting to note that Irene Castle, McLaughlin's wife, was the designer of the first original creation of the Chicago Blackhawks team's logo. This logo comtinued on with only a few minor changes. that was until 1955. At this time the circle which is around the head of the symbol was taken out of the design that season. But the logo along with the jersey design is still the same and has been pretty much the same since that time. The striping on the jersey has been changed over the course of the years along with the addition of a logo shoulder patch that has been added.

A Little History Of The Blackhawks
The Chicago Blackhawks became a team in September of 1926. The Chicago Blackhawks are considered one of the original six NHL teams along with the Boston Bruins, Montreal Canadiens, Toronto Maple Leafs, New York Rangers, and Detroit Red Wings. The Chicago Blackhawks are part of the Central Division of the Western Conference in the National Hockey League.
The Blackhawks have played their home games at the United Center since 1994 after having spent over 60 years playing at Chicago Stadium. The Chicago Blackhawks first owner was coffee tycoon Frederic McLaughlin. He had been a commander with the 333rd Machine Gun Battalion of the 86th Infantry Division during World War I. This Division was nicknamed the "Blackhawk Division", after a Native American named Chief Black Hawk of the Sauk nation. Chief Black Hawk was a prominent figure in the history of Illinois. It is now obvious why he chose the name he did for the team. The Blackhawks have four Stanley Cup Championships under their belt after winning the 2009-10 playoffs against the Philadelphia Flyers.
The Chicago Blackhawks have retired 6 jersey numbers. The most notable jersey is #9 Bobby Hull.

- good lens, very informative, there is one part you said they played at the Chicago Stadium and since 94 they now play at The United Center, true but for those that dont know the United Center is a new building in the same location Corporate sponsership wanted their name on the building so down went the old stadium and up with the new so their name could be on it. Good lens and GO Hawks!!!!
