Patt was given the listing for Sea Star Cottage on May 15th of 2008, after our year round renter gave notice that he would be leaving on June 1st.
Within 2 weeks Patt had 4 rentals booked and as of August 1st she has rented Sea Star Cottage for 8 weeks of what was a so-so rental season on the island in 2008.
In the past 5 years we have used 3 other agents and they were never able to rent the cottage for more than 6 weeks/summer (which is why we have been thru so many agents!!!!). The amazing thing is that Patt did not have the listing for 6 months like the other agents we tried.
