Best Chincoteague Vacation Rental Agent We've Ever Had?

Stephanie was given the listing for Sea Star Cottage on May 15th of 2008, after our year round renter gave notice that he would be leaving on June 1st.
Within 2 weeks Stephanie had 4 rentals booked and as of August 1st she has rented Sea Star Cottage for 8 weeks of what was a so-so rental season on the island in 2008.
In the previous 5 years we had tried 3 other agents and they were never able to rent the cottage for more than 6 weeks/summer (which is why we have been thru so many agents!!!!). The amazing thing is that Stephanie did not have the listing for 6 months like the other agents we tried.
So...if you have a property and need a vacation rental agent...do not mess around...call Stephanie or visit her website
