Spode Christmas Dinnerware
The Christmas Tree Collection is my personal favorite. A Tradition since 1938, the Christmas Tree collection is perfect for those of us who love beautiful and fun Christmas trees!
Note: Spode tableware can be used in your freezer, but do be careful when re-heating. Avoid sudden temperature changes, like from a freezer directly into a hot oven. I choose to wash by hand, though some experts suggest it is safe to use dishwasher. Read the care instructions that come with your tableware.

Sweet Potato Souffle
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cupt evaporated milk
3 egge, beaten
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
Place potato in bowl or a food processor and process until almost smooth. Add butter and next 4 ingredients and process until completely smooth. Pour into a greased baking dish.
Topping:
1/4 cup self-rising flour
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Prepare topping by blending flour, butter, sugar and pecans using a fork until coarse, crumble-like mixture.
Sprinkle topping on top of the sweet potato mixture
Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

- Love this lens! And yes, I do have some of the Christmas tree pattern! My favorite! I have also bought some of the smaller pieces, filled with chocolates and given as gifts. The matching paper products can "stretch the look" when a complete matching table set is not available.
