That is good to know that poinsettias are not toxic to animals, because I have always stayed away from them for that reason. Thanks for the education!

    Hi,

Just read your lens, being a gardner I just love flowers, especially those that you find at Christmas, they just seem that bit special.

    Thanks for your hard work

We have a cat who likes to eat our plants so I read with some disbelief that they are not poisonous. I had always believed that to be the truth. Now that I know that, poinsettias will grace our house. We had one a long time ago that became the most beautiful tree that topped 18 feet and was wonderful when it bloomed. Thanks for the info. Angel blessed!

I love the tradition of bringing a poinsettia to church on Christmas Sunday. The large display of them always quite beautiful. (Mine is always the white one on the left).

Great Lens and great coverage. I never knew there were 50 varieties of Pointsettias plus I never knew how to water them. I moved my last plant outside since I lived in FL and seemed to kill the poor thing. However, I will get a couple more for Christmas.
