- I can cook, but I never said I can bake!! lol. But, holy cow, those Bailey's chocolate truffles are one thing I will try come hell or high water. Wonderfully scrumptious lens.

- Well, hey...this is a perfect lens and terrific timing. I do make truffles, each year and it's a struggle not to eat them before I can give them away - ha! BUT, I have never made Bailey's Truffles, so will do so this year. Mmmmm, good stuff! Also going to try your shortbread. And probably some of the other recipes, as well. I love holiday food!
