"The first thing I noticed about Cyndi was her voice. In lower tone, the kind that puts you at ease, the kind that makes you feel comfortable and safe.

When we had our energy therapy healing session scheduled, I had a pounding headache and a pain in my heart area. It was all emotional, I needed to remove some stumbling blocks that were keeping me from taking another step on the staircase of my personal growth and I was well aware of that. One of the most powerful tools any of us have as compassionate humans is Words of Spiritual Encouragement. When our family and friends come to us with any type of suffering, it is our words, and our intention behind them, that have the power to put that suffering into perspective. Our words have the power to bring others back to the light, to a place of peace, of joy, of contentment.

A very wise woman once taught me a lesson that I have never forgotten.

She told me that when a friend falls down a well I have one of two choices.

I can jump down into the well so that I can be with her, so that she doesn't have to be alone.

Or I can stand on the ground above the well and throw her a rope, and teach her how to climb it when she is ready.

By watching my and others' actions I have come to realize that "jumping down into the well" is another way of saying "sympathize with those that are suffering". To listen to their stories of sorrow and suffering and allow your vibrations, your energy levels to sink down to that same level of suffering.

It is what so many of us do, it is what we have been taught by our mothers and our grandmothers to do when our friends are suffering.

So that no one has to suffer alone.

But think about it. When we jump into the well, when we suffer along with our friends, who are we really helping?

We have another choice.

As my teacher taught me so many years ago, and as I have witnessed time and time again, when you stand your ground in the presence of suffering - the suffering loses its power and transforms.

And I have discovered that one of the most powerful ways to stand one's ground is by the effective use of Words of Spiritual Encouragement.

By remembering that God is All Love, All Joy, All Peace, All Prosperity one is able to look at suffering and see that it is not of God, not of God's intention.

When you remember that God is All that is Good, and that God is All that is Real and Permanent, you recognize that anything that causes suffering can not be of God

And if it is not of God, then it can not be real. If it is not of God than it is temporary, illusionary, and can not survive when presented with the Love that is God.

And when you allow the truth of all of this to fill your being...

Those Words of Spiritual Encouragement just flow forth smoothly, as if coming from an eternal spring deep within your being.

Deep within the being that connects us all.

That place where we know, without any doubt, that light always dispels darkness.

And the light shines through as soon as you use...
