    Citroen 2CV sure was fine car back in the days. I love to go to the annual meetings of Citroen classic car lovers, where you can see all those nostalgic models :)

    I never drove in one, but they are very basic. Only the French could come up with a car like this. It was originally intended so the peasant farmers could afford a car. We used to get a lot of them in England, but I don't think I have seen one since I moved back 18 months ago.

    We have chosen to drive while in Europe, too. I agree that it gives you a lot more options.

    My parents had several 2CV's when I was a kid. I have added this lens to my newly created lens on the Citroen HY van.

    I remember going on a journey in a Citroen once and it's definitely a great experience. Nicely put together lens and blessed by a passing Squid Angel :-)

    I like the car, but I like your story even more! I used to have a little Renault and got all kinds of jokes and stares, but that little car got 40 mpg and I loved it!

    How funny! My grand father had two 2 CV cars! I don't like them but definitely appreciate the Charleston design of this car and well, it's entire part of our car history!
