Network Marketing is a "People" business.

If you ever want to achieve a "walk-away" income with your home business, you need to have built relationships with people that will last your lifetime, much like the old saying of being "blood brothers", except my way of doing it, there is no blood shed.

No MLM business can provide you long lasting, residual income without strong relationships with the leaders in your organization.

Below you will learn some people skills that will strengthen all the relationships you have in your life. You will learn how to better understand people, read people, communicate better with them and to have more harmony in every aspect of your life with people.

After you practice these skills for a while, you may even be accused of being a mind reader.

Understanding People is a Priceless Skill

Let me introduce to you the four types of personalities.



Each color has its own characteristics. By listening to what someone says, or doesn't say or how they say it will give you the hints to what color personality they are. You will then be able to better relate to that person with that new found knowledge.

Let's take a quick look at each color.





Yellows
  • Occupation = Teacher, counselor, nurse,
  • Dress = Casual and Comfortable
  • Voice = Soft and Gentle
  • Strengths = Dependable, Team Player, Patient, Suportive and Nurturing
  • Weaknesses = Over-Sensitive, Followers, Not Goal Oriented
  • Keywords = Team, Together, Relationship, Family
  • Dislikes = Pushy Aggresive People




    • Blues
  • Occupation = Sales, Entertainment, Public Speaking
  • Dress = Stylish, Flamboyant, Colorful
  • Voice = Loud and Fast
  • Stengths = Promoters, Convincing, Enthusiastic, Creative, High Energy
  • Weaknesses = Talks too much, Poor Savers, Poor Follow up, Unorganized, Exagerate
  • Dislikes = Facts and Figures, Boring tedious repetition, anything that is not fun!



    • Greens
  • Occupation = Accountant, Engineer, Research
  • Dress = Conservative, Formal
  • Voice = Soft and Polite
  • Strengths = Organized, Planners, Accurate, Persistent, Follows Through
  • Weaknesses = Over-Analytical, Hard to Please, Depressed, Lonely
  • Keywords = WHY, Graphs and charts, Research, More Information, Exactly
  • Dislikes = Pushy People, No Facts, Being Late



    • Reds
  • Occupation = CEO, Lawyers, Airline Pilots
  • Dress = Dressed for Success
  • Voice = Forceful with Volume
  • Strengths = Focused, Goal Oriented, Intense
  • Weaknesses = Ego, Short Tempered, Domineering, Impatient, Un-coachable
  • Keywords = Money, Power, Success, Control, To the point
  • Dislikes = Indecision, Chit-chat, Losing Control
