This book is very concise and useful but is never overly-wordy or unnessarily complicated. Very well-thought out and great resources cited as well. If you want to re-charge and feel "cleaner" than you may be able to imagine, read this book!

How To Make Your Detox Really Work For You 

Detoxification has been seen by people as a quick fix, a simple way to clean yourself out and then go back to your normal lifestyle, but there's more to it than that there's a process you need to follow in order for it to work.

1) Thinking Positively. In order for a detox, or anything for that matter, to truly work and be sustainable you need to have a positive mental attitude towards it. Not everyone will like the combinations of vegetables or fruit that they should be eating as part of the detoxification, but, if you go into it with the attitude that you will 'give it a try' you are allowing yourself to fail and give up - to make it work you have to positive about the whole process and understand that you can do what it takes for it to work.

2) Stick To The Diet. For a lot of people drinking a gallon of water a day will seem like an impossible thing to do, but it needn't be. Also bear in mind that water is a vital part of your detoxification and skipping it will mean the rest of what you are doing will be far less effective.

3) Exercise - Physically And Psychologically. Thinking positively is one of the best ways to keep you focused on what you are aiming to achieve - however that will not always be enough.

You will need to do physical activities to help with the process and these activities can also help us psychologically, for instance, if you are struggling to get your mind off of food you can go out for a walk - that will not only help you exercise it will also help to take your mind off of the food.
