Don't Fall For The Branded Dog Food Marketing Hype
No Need For Puppy, Adult and Life Stages Foods
By and large, if the dog food is formulated properly there is no need to segement dog foods into different age ranges.
A puppy that is weaned is perfectly able to digest a properly formulated food as is an older dog. Don't be seduced into falling for the marketing hype of the pet food brand makers. Unless your dog has a specific dietary need for a special formula because of a health situation you vet will tell you what you need.
For example one of my MinPins is diabetic. So sadly he cannot have the same "rich", "premium" Natural Dog Food his brother and sister enjoy.
