My mission
I'm the CEO and co-founder of Moderandi Inc. A group of us started working on our strategic marketing process in the early 2000s. We tested it, reshaped it and revised it while working with clients for 4 years. Then, we realized we had something powerful enough that any consultant could use. So we transitioned from a service company to a product company, adding web-based software to our methodology and toolset so consultants world-wide could leverage our work and deliver more value to their clients.
I'm focused on growing our offering with our customers that have become Consulting M.O. Certified Distributors. We're tackling SMB growth challenges together, and hope to make a dent in "reshaping" the way business leaders approach marketing, strategy and sales.

Leaders of small to midsize businesses need the change the way they approach growth. Many go "into battle" without a strategy. Create a strategy first, build tools to execute, and project and measure results. This simple approach will almost always improve results.
