I did my research on this one and found out it uses "military grade noise cancelation technology."

It certainly lives up to everything I read! I have an iPhone and people that I talk to complain about a lot of background noise when I'm driving or even in a restaurant with some noise playing on the speakers. The Jawbone takes care of it all! They say it makes a huge difference and they can hear me much better. It also enhances the volume for me as well when I'm in a noisy environment. So not only the listener hears me better, but I hear them better too. Sound quality is just as good but louder when I need it. Just perfect.
Something really cool that makes the Jawbone paired with the iPhone absolutely astounding and certainly a deal breaker.I can now order food at lunch, eat it with both hands, talk to people on the phone, check e-mail, and surf the web ALL AT THE SAME TIME!!! The Jawbone makes it so easy to talk completely hands free and with the iPhone able to use WiFi, I can talk on the phone (using the Edge network) while my e-mail and internet pulls from the free WiFi I find where I eat lunch!

I'm really ecstatic with the looks and performance of this headset! It looks really great and the sound is phenomenal. I don't have anyone asking me if I'm talking thru a headset anymore. I'm also not experiencing the feedback I did on other more expensive headsets.I bought my first D&G bluetooth on eBay & it turned out to be a replica. But this one, is 100% genuine.
