Contract Mobile Phones With Visa Electron

I searched all the UK mobile phone companies to see whether they accept visa electron card for contract mobile phones. And I found out that the following mobile phone shop is the only one which accepts this card.

It is the only UK Mobile Phone Company that accepts visa electron.

I don't know why other companies don't take visa electron but they must have some reasons. Probably, this card is normally given to students who could not build up a credit history yet.

I checked all other mobile phone networks and comparison websites like 3, T-mobile, O2, Virgin in my research. And I am pretty much convinced that Vodafone is the shop to use visa electron for contract mobile phone application.
