PARTY MAN - In the early days of the USA, One of the worst insults the Founding Fathers could give someone was to refer to them as a PARTY MAN. To be a PARTY MAN meant you put the welfare of your political party above the interests of the country.

- Criminal law - Government Corruption
- Government corruption often takes place in situations where the expenses of political campaigns exceed the legitimate sources of political funding. Campaign financing is a common practice in many nations throughout the world, and proliferate in the United States. Contribution to a political campaign is not illegal in and of itself, but is considered government corruption when given in exchange for political favor and other gains.

N.Y. Mayor, John Hylan - Negative income tax - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
- In economics, a negative income tax (abbreviated NIT) is a method of tax reform that has been discussed among economists but never fully implemented. It was developed by Juliet Rhys-Williams in the 1940s and later by United States economist Milton Friedman in 1962 in Capitalism and Freedom. Negative income taxes can implement a basic income or supplement a guaranteed minimum income system.
A negative income tax is a progressive income tax system which taxes higher salaries at higher rates on the one end, while, on the low end, its rates decline to zero and below into negative taxation rates. In such a system, those at a certain income level would owe no taxes. Those above that level would pay a percentage of their income above that level, while those below would receive a payment of a percentage of their shortfall, which is the amount their income falls below that level. - Americans for Taxation
- What is the FairTax?
The FairTax plan is a comprehensive proposal that replaces all federal income and payroll based taxes with an integrated approach including:
A progressive national retail sales tax.
A prebate to ensure no American pays federal taxes on spending up to the poverty level.
Dollar-for-dollar federal revenue neutrality.
Repeal of the 16th Amendment through companion legislation. - The idea of a negative income tax: Past, present, and future
- How Does the Negative Income Tax Work?
"In [the] purest form [of an] NIT,...[t]he needy would, like everyone else, simply file annual-or perhaps quarterly-income returns with the Internal Revenue Service. But unlike other filers who would make payments to the IRS, based on the amount by which their incomes exceeded the threshold for tax liability, NIT beneficiaries would receive payments ('negative taxes') from the IRS, based on how far their incomes fell below the tax threshold. The NIT would thus be a mirror image of the regular tax system. Instead of tax liabilities varying positively with income according to a tax rate schedule, benefits would vary inversely with income according to a negative tax rate (or benefit-reduction) schedule."1 For example, a family of four with no other income might receive a $6,000 benefit-called the "guarantee" in the accompanying article-and, with a 50 percent tax rate, the benefit would be reduced by $500 for every $1,000 it earned. Hence if the family earned $1,000, its benefit would be reduced from $6,000 to $5,500.

Recently, i found myself at the center of an advertisement I coordinated in the pioneer Press, demanding that Minnesotan's have the right to a Grand Jury. The response from voters all across the state was overwhelming. This is one reason why I am running. These pepole who have found injustice in the court need their voice heard. That will only be done with change: change in the judiciary, change in the Grand Jury, and change in our legislators in St. Paul. - THE UNITED PEOPLES' RIGHTS ORGANIZATION

- There has come a crisis of lawlessness within our judicial branch.
The Minnesota Legislature has enacted statutes (law), which are contrary to the Constitution of the State of Minnesota.
These statutes give power to the judicial branch that is excluded by article III Section 1 of the Constitution of the State of Minnesota.
Because of actions of the Minnesota Legislature giving the Judicial Branch unbridled power, the judges have been:
1) Taking "tips" and money
2) Falsifying transcripts
3) Removing evidence from the file
4) Writing orders that cannot be appealed
5) Ignoring the law and writing their own "new laws".
The obligation to resolve this crisis rests upon the elected officials and ultimately on the Citizens for whom the state of Minnesota was created, for government does not exist absent the consent of the people. - Wells Fargo Bank Injustice

- Minnesota was tagged "the poison spot of the nation" by Homer Cummings, FDR's Attorney General. What's changed? We still have the O'Connor System, and in fact, according to the FBI's SA David Price, we expanded it to include Rochester because crime figures and terrorists wanted to get their health care at Mayo without fear of extradition etc.
Residents asked a few questions about a smelly situation and the state of MN, with cooperation from the feds, came down hard and illegal on them. What was the deal? BEARCAT Hollow, the animal sanctuary/front to launder money. It was supposed to be a biotech place. That wouldn't be so scary if the Kraft's hadn't linked to a man named Werner and if Werner didn't connect to a guy named Heuer, and if Heuer didn't connect to Wouter Basson in any way, shape or form.... or to Eberle & Associates with Ollie North. Oh No. Minnesota nice. Our cops/FBI don't run controlled dope/arms operations. Gheez!

P.O. 2018
Duluth, Georgia 30096 USA Please send for the evidence.
Tel: 770-831-8581 By Federal Law--I allege all
Media: Federal Government Corruption has put FEAR right down to the local government.
Norvatis Pharmacutical/Ciba Vision Corporation, maker and distributor of contact lenses, has been shipping expired lenses for years. Dr. Glenn Bradley, Norvartis Executive Board, bought Wesley-Jessen contact lens company in 2001. This company had millions of misbranded, mislabeled, and expired lenses. These lenses were allowed to buyers by an illegal program that allow them to pass the HP Licensed Program in 2002, 2003, and 2004.
I am a retired Ciba Vision worker who has been involved with USA Federal Government Corruption. Ex, FDA, Commissioner, Lester Crawford, illegally resigned to plead the 5th Amendment, so the USA Federal Government network with lobbyists would not be expose. I am completing this case legally under the US Fraud Act. NO FREEDOM IN THE MEDIA.
This is Ken Dowd versus the entire Federal Government and lobbyists. I have all the Federal Felony Letters, proof of racketeering, and hidden corruption. --NO FREEDOM IN THE MEDIA. Berry Meiers, NY Times, has 8 Certified Letters/Return Receipts. He asked me to stop sending Certified Mail ! I have over 125 Certified Mail/ Return Receipt. I have over 200, CD-R, copied letters. Another employee and myself wrote complaints to the FDA. The FDA destroyed the physical evidence.
EXAMPLE: FDA, Ronald Swann sent me three Federal Letterheads stating he opened a case in Rockville, Maryland. The FDA-FOI Electronic Reading room shows no document was filed. The FDA-FOI will not reply to this case or other FDA Inspections that show expired product being distributed. I sent a Certified letter to FDA, Betty Dorsey, 12/06/2006. FDA, R. Swann replied 12/07/2006. The question to FDA, Betty Dorsey did not arrive at the FDA until 12/13/2006.
ONLY THE FDA, ATLANTA, GEORGIA, CAN OPEN THIS CASE. HIS LETTERS ARE FEDERAL FELONIES. Alen Spector was questioning Robert Mueller on use of the PATROIT ACT.
Remember, the FDA and Norvartis knew of the penalties before a 3 year agreement to dump expired, mislabeled and misbranded medical devices all over the world. Now, the entire Federal Government is involved. If I were lying, I would be in jail, US Fraud Act.
Congress will not put themselves in jail. The Federal Government offices in Atlanta, Georgia will not put themselves in jail. NO ONE PROSECUTES THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.
The opening of this case will provide information about our Federal Reserve giving money
below prime. Example, WSBTV 2, Atlanta, Georgia, ran a political ad on a election runoff between Jim Martin and incumbent Saxby Chambliss. The Jim Martin political ad stated Chambliss was paid 2.5 million dollars to vote to deregulate the Federal Reserve. reply to CynicalPatriot]

- From the links and test above, I hope that it is apparent to you that the ideals of truth, justice and the American way taught to us in High School Civics classes is mere dogma and propaganda. We have been betrayed by our politicians and judges.
I would like to ask each of you to engage in deep investigation of the political candidates and vote for the best ones this year. However, I am aware of the realities that exist. SO I WILL ONLY SAY THIS, IF YOU DON'T LIKE HOW THE USA IS NOW, DON'T VOTE FOR THOSE ALREADY IN OFFICE. VOTE FOR SOMEONE ELSE. Those already in office gave you what you have now. If you vote for those already in office you will only get more of the same. BUT WHATEVER YOU DO, VOTE!
