Costa Esuri -The gem on the Spanish Costa de la Luz - Coast of Light
Beautiful sandy beaches, year round sunshine, unspoilt towns and a friendly welcome.
Costa Esuri in The Spanish Algarve - the stretch of coast that borders Portugal offers a fantastic place for just a holiday or full time location.
Costa Esuri boasts not one but two championship golf courses plus there are many more fantastic golf courses dotted around the area. They are all FAR less busy than in the more popular Costas elsewhere. A short trip across the bridge that crosses the River Guadiana, which is the natural border between Spain & Portugal, and the numerous golf courses of the Portuguese Algarve are within easy reach.
Just on the edge of the river, outside the picturesque fishing town of Ayamonte lies the brand new development called Costa Esuri. Built around two 18 hole championship golf courses (the first opened in December 2006) Costa Esuri is a mixture of apartments, town houses and villas.
A 4 star hotel is in the course of construction along with a shopping area, sports centre and numerous bars and cafes.
The Costa Esuri properties are built in squares or MANZANAS around communal swimming pools and offer excellent investment potential as prices are still significantly lower than the Mediterranean Costas and neighbouring Portugal.
Costa Esuri is about 40 minutes drive from Faro in Portugal (just over 2 hours from the UK) and 80 minutes from Seville.

- Bellavista
- Wide fairways and relatively easy course. Located inland close to Heulva
- Dunas de Donana
- The Dunas de Doñana golf course is located adjacent to the nature reserve "National Park of Doñana". Close to the Atlantic the course is attractive and features several holes where water dominates.
- El Rompido
- Surrounded by the natural marsh area of Las Marismas del Rompido, with some spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean, this attractive course has integrated perfectly with its natural surroundings. It is located approximately halfway between Islantilla and Huelva.
- Isla Canela
- Located between Isla Canela beach and Ayamonte

Isla Canela Tour - Islantilla
- The course is made up of 27 holes to accommodate 18 holes for all standards. Situated close to Lepe, with fantastic views over the Atlantic Ocean.
- Nuevo Portil
- About 20 minutes' drive from the Portuguese border, the course weaves its way through a development of privately owned properties. The fairways have fantastic sea views over the nearby dune-beaches and are quite wide, with gently sloping greens.

COURSES IN PORTUGAL - Benamor
- Located a few kilometres from Tavira, the course has great views and, whilst it looks a straightforward challenge, care needs to be taken with unplayable rough and water hazards.
- Castro Marim
- This course has beautiful views over the River Guadiana, the Nature reserve and the sea beyond. Making full use of the hilly terrain, the trees, bunkers and water hazards provide a good challenge to golfers of all standards.
- Quinta da Ria
- (Same website entry as Quinta de Cima above)
Directly adjacent to Quinta da Cima (above) this course is in a nature reserve that has the Algarve coast as the southern boundary. Although the course is not particularly long, it has five lakes and the greens are generally well defended. Less difficult than Quinta de Cima but the views are equally superb. - Review of the first Esuri course

I’m just back from a brilliant two week holiday in my apartment at Costa Esuri.
There’s much to tell you which I’ll do over the coming week but just to let you know I’ve added
Restaurants & Golf 2
The "commercial centre" at the entrance to Costa Esuri is scheduled to open in Spring 2008. Boasting several shops, bars and restaurants and within walking distance of many apartments and townhouses it will make a trip to Costa Esuri even more comfortable.
The 2nd golf course is also due to open early in 2008. In late summer 2007 it was looking great, winding through some of the property groupings - tighter than the more open course 1 - it is certain to be a challenge.

My apartment is NOW READY for holiday lets
The last mirror has been hung, the TV installed, the patio set has arrived and the apartment is ready to let.There's still some building work going on in other parts of the development (not at all intrusive where I am) so for the time being a discount compared to full normal rates is being offered.

Explanation:
SUMMER Group is now entering its third season and has grown rather big: just under 200 lenses and 100 lensmasters. I intend to keep it there, I do not want to grow it any bigger. But I am getting a lot of requests from new lensmasters wanting to join, and in order to give them a chance I have decided to do some major weeding out.
