Microsoft XBOX360 Gaming Controller for the PC 

Probably the Best gaming controller for the PC, this is highly recommended

Great controller for gaming, if you want the wired, just buy it, hook it up, get the drivers and you're good to go. If you want wireless you have to get the gaming reciever for it to connect to your computer.
It's never a bad idea to have a quick rechargable battery pack available either.
