Create Your Niche Site Empire

"Focus on a niche and work to dominate that niche to make money online" is an advise you'll hear again and again for the rest of your 'online life'. And I'm going to share a simple idea to get you started with making money creating niche sites. But be warned; there's no guarantee that comes with this. It all depends on your effort and will power to bring this idea as far as possible. How far do you want to go? Lets find out but first...

What's the idea?

Simple. The idea is taking a product or products of your own, relevant to your niche, and fill the needs in that niche. All of them if possible. And by doing that you'll be the 'brand' for the niche. In other words, you'll be in pole position. By being in pole position, hopefully, you can dominate that niche and build your 'wish for' empire. And this is important. Why? Let me explain.

Do you remember who's the second person land on the moon? Who's the second person to climb Mount Everest? Who's the second person to fly solo across the Atlantic? Do you remember? Of course you don't. Not on average, according to a research.

And that's why it's important to be Number One...

But what if you're not number one?

The simple answer is to create a "new niche" and dominate that niche. I said simple but not easy because there's an inherent danger in doing that online and that is: the new niche is not profitable. And profitable is an important equation isn't it? Without profitability, there's little or no use in going further in that niche.

Then the question becomes: "how do you choose a profitable niche?"

Here's what I typically do:

Keyword research


This is easy to do with the help of 'free keyword research tool' you can get online such as Adword Keyword research tool. Just type in your keyword and you can search for 'broad match', 'exact match' or 'negative match' for a term. Typically I would type the key phrases which I myself will use. If I'm looking for "niche marketing" and I'm looking for ways to make money with niche marketing then I will type 'how to make money with niche marketing' or 'making money with niche marketing from home' and add variations to that. But that's how I do it. Next...


Search the marketplace


Online, there are a few market place you can begin your search. Start with Clickbank if you're thinking of 'niching' in digital products. It could be e books, softwares or templates or anything. But start there if its digital products. Look at 'hot selling items' and check out what they're rank for.


Then you have eBay. Look at the hot sellers. Amazon is next. Same thing. Look at the best sellers list, and think how to produce better product. That's the general idea.

Well, that's just my typical ways to search for profitable niche. And there's no right or wrong doing this. Just do what's easy for you. Remember, you're just beginning to use niche sites to make money.

Now, how to create a niche product or products to build your empire on?

I have 2 suggestions for you: create your own product OR own a product which you don't have to create.

Now, time is your 'deciding factor'. If you got the time and resources, go ahead and create your product but if you're short of time and want to dominate the niche in record time, owning a product is the way to go.

How to own a product which you don't create?

You buy product with resale rights: private label or master resale rights. With buying resale rights, you can claim the product as your own immediately. You can get good deals of digital products; ebooks, softwares or templates with resale rights at a place such as wholesale ebooks store.

By acquiring resale rights to a product what stands between you and making your money with creating niche site is uploading them to a server and getting traffic to your site. That are the ONLY 2 things you need to do. For now...

If you have been trying to make money online for any substantial period of time you will probably have heard at least once that niche marketing is the way to do it.

There is good reason for this. Particularly as a newcomer, there is no point stepping into the arena of people with 10 times your experience and trying to sell online marketing products for example. Much smarter is it to focus on your own carefully selected niche market with far less competition and potential for easy profit.

The truth is anyone can do it. Don't let anyone tell you that it doesn't take work because it does, but with a combination of the above 4 factors, the average niche marketer can attain the dream income they envision

Since we're talking about Niche Marketing in particular, consider this.

Average Joe niche marketer wants to start making money from niche sites. He spends his time creating the website following a certain plan, promoting his site, and so on. Having to do all the work himself he might be lucky to create 5 or 6 solid niche sites in a month.

At the same time Guru niche marketer decides he wants to ramp up his niche marketing income. So he asks his programmer to whip him up some software that can create these niche sites automatically.

He spends a few minutes per day running the software and all the work he would have had to do manually is taken care of. That's what I mean by RESOURCES!

The good thing is that there are software programs that have been created for such purposes by these marketers that are now available to the public.

If you can sift through them prudently without succumbing to the ever present sales hype you can find certain tools that can help you, the average niche marketer, get the same advantage that the guru's have.

Again, combining the right knowledge with the right resources along with of course taking plenty of action can turn anyone into a niche marketing guru period!

This article will look at a very important element of making money from niche marketing.

One of the often overlooked factors that determines the income of the successful niche marketers that you hear about is their ability to continually produce profitable sites at a rapid rate after they have found a formula that works.

This will seem like a stupid question but, if you could make a niche mini site that would generate just $200 per month in income, wouldn't you want to create as many of those little sites as you could?

Of course you'd like to create plenty of them and that's exactly what successful niche marketers do. They build EMPIRES of these things.

It means the chances are if you want 10 great, super high profit niche site you'll need to pump out 40 or 50 sites to find those 10.

Now it seems like those are bad odds and it is true that the majority of people trying to make money from niche marketing aren't going to do what it takes to find those 10 profitable niches and sites.

But that's only because creating the kind of empire I'm talking about has in the past been too difficult. Building sites, then promoting them, then updating them, then managing them can be a nightmare if you're trying to do it alone.

We are fortunate that today the information and resources required to help someone make create such an empire are more readily available.

This means that with the right attitude and a little bit of old fashion dedication, anyone can become an online and niche marketing superstar.

World have seen the release of yet another supposed, ingenious money making product for online marketers.

That product is Andrew Hansen's Niche Empire Generator. This article will look at the merits of this new software and hopefully reach a decision regarding its effectiveness outside all the marketing hype.

For those of you who don't know, Niche Empire Generator is basically a program that will create profitable niche mini sites for you without you having to go through the manual aspects involved with doing it by hand.

The software then allows you to manage the sites that you do create, supposedly keeping them updated with new content and allowing you to edit elements of each of them from within the main control panel.

The first thing I do know is that this software is based on solid principles. The theory it promotes of how to create profitable niche blog sites was laid out by Andrew in a recent report called Niche Marketing On Crack.

The report seemed a little hypey but I was surprised to see it promoted by a number of very down to earth, no B.S marketers like Martin Avis and Phil Wiley who declared it a powerful system based on common sense marketing principles.

To fill in the blanks, this software is supposed to do what this report indicated, only allow you to do it 10 times faster and with a few bonus features.

Some of the bonus features I'm talking about is that it helps you promote your blog site as you create it. It does the basics like ping automatically with each post but it also does some work to submit your blogs RSS feed out across the web and integrates a nice feature to allow visitors to tag your sites in the social networks for increased viral traffic.

One caveat is that the software does not create content for you and you still have to obtain your own, whether it be by writing articles or by rewriting PLR content.

The creator did combat this by providing a nice chunk of researched PLR content so that anyone can plug and play to get started making money with the program immediately.

To make a full review would take me a lot longer than this article will allow but from a non biased perspective I can say that if you're into niche marketing this new software is at least worth a good look.

I know a lot of people have jumped on the bandwagon of Andrew Hansen's new software Niche Empire Generator so I'm going to try and provide what I believe is an unbiased review of the software for the benefit of anyone still sitting on the fence with this one.

The premise is smart, and we have definitely seen that people have made money using Andrew's methods but let's look a little deeper...

As an overview, the Niche Empire Generator software basically builds and manages niche websites for you. The kind of niche sites are Wordpress blog based and follow the principles of the popular report Niche Marketing On CRACK that this guy released a couple of months back.

These sites have proven to be great money spinners for a number of entrepreneurs so it's easy to see why the buzz about the program has gotten so big.

Pros:

- The sofware does make it easy for you to build niche sites customized to the way you like them and with many helpful addons. Once you understand how it works (full videos are provided) there is no reason why anyone couldn't have their first profitable niche site up and running within 10 minutes of using the software.

- It creates the sites to be very SEO friendly and eliminates a lot of work that would have to be done by hand normally. It also helps you promote the sites by submitting the RSS feeds of the sites you build around the web and integrating social bookmarking features designed to pull traffic from the social network sites.

- When I first read the on CRACK report I wondered how someone could really make so many niche sites because it is hard to follow them and keep them all updated. The content posting feature and the managing sites features actually allow this to be possible with relative ease.

- It doesn't just manage your sites, it manages everything you do to your sites so you can instantly know when your sites will need updating again, where their ranking in the search engines, how many links you're getting, what articles you've submitted to where and much more.

Cons:

- To build a niche empire like is described can be done with the software but does take work and time.

The software doesn't do EVERYTHING for you and you will still need to generate your own content (although a chunk of startup content is provided and you get resources for ongoing content development in the package)

- You will want to use your own templates after a while as I thought more would have been provided in the package.

Verdict:

While we know that automation is a great thing online, total automation is generally not possible. This Niche Empire Generator thing is as close to maximum automation as I have seen in terms of niche marketing.

Based on this I deem Niche Empire Generator to be well worth a look for anyone looking to add an extra and very PASSIVE new income stream to their business.
