Understand Muscles Before Doing Your Ab Workouts 

Before beginning your journey of obtaining ripped abs, understand how the muscles in your mid section work. Doing the right workouts will definitely improve your core to its fullest.

Muscles give you the power to carry on your daily activities more effectively and with energy to spare. Muscle tissue uses the food you eat Heres a
piece of advice: focus on building a bit of muscle on your arms and buttocks and you will divert the food you eat away from your belly area.

Muscle is very difficult to rebuild so when you start eating again you'll end up with more fat on your belly than you started with. Muscle is living
tissue. Unlike your hair, finger nails, and millions of skin cells that you lose every day, your muscle actually takes calories to maintain.

Here are some tips on how to keep your ab workouts creative.

1. Do them while watching your favorite tv show.
Or when commercials come on.

2. Dance around the house to your favorite tunes and simply try to squeeze your stomach for and hold for a minute or so.

3. Keep a visual check list in front of you at all times. example. I try to do 300 sit ups every day.

100 first thing in the morning.
100 mid day.
100 before bedtime..

after a week I look at my sheet and seing 2100 situps fires me up.
