You Need a Video Surveillance

Video surveillance can come in really handy. And for good reasons. Your video surveillance is your eyes when you're not around. And it captures footages when you need them. Nothing beats video surveillance when in need of a look-out. The following crimes caught on video surveillance say it all.

ATM Thief Captured on Tape

A number of victims report having had their ATM cards stolen. The police then studies surveillance footages of the area where the reports were coming from.

Caught on Tape-A man conducts the so-called 'bait and switch' scheme. The man would offer his assistance to card owners, mostly the elderly ones, who seem to be having difficulty operating the ATM. That's when he would switch the cards and later use them for his own purchases.

After studying the ruse caught on camera, the police catches the man in the act. The suspect, a Yemeni expatriate, is charged of extorting over SR700,000. The man later confessed to the crime. What choice did he have?

A 61 Year Old Teacher is Attacked by H.S. Gangstas

Melinda Rudisill, a 61-year-old teacher, is rushed to a hospital where she receives 20 stitches.

Caught on Tape-H.S Gangstas beat the woman with brass knuckles. The brutal attack happened in Murphy High School. Randolph Parker, 16 years old, punched Rudisill in the face. He did this as Dominick Harris, 17 years old, filmed everything on a cell phone.

Luckily so, the attackers weren't the only ones who had footage of the incident. A hidden video surveillance captured everything on tape. Prosecutors then used the video for a bond hearing.

The Slip-N-Fall Scam Caught on Camera

Inside a grocery store, a woman loses her footing and takes a nasty fall. A store worker helps her up after which she loses her footing for the second time and takes yet another fall to the floor.

Caught on Tape-The woman is found trying to open a container of olive oil. Unsuccessful with her first attempt, the woman returns the bottle to the shelf; but only to return later to pick up another bottle. This time she successfully opens the bottle and pours some of its content onto the floor. She leaves the aisle and later returns to perform her ruse.

The store manager, Luis Diaz, decided to conduct his own investigation after he noticed something strange about the reported accident. He noticed the woman falling forward instead of backward, the more natural inclination for any falling person.

Video Surveillance, a Worthy Investment

Luis Diaz made a right decision when he invested in security camera systems for the store. Compared to the expenses the store would have had to cover for lawsuits, had not the ruse been captured on tape, the security cameras definitely paid off.
This list is but an inkling of all the proven benefits of securing a security camera system. Do you already have one of your own?
