Argentina's "President Evita"
Cristina Fernández De Kirchner is Argentina's current president. Formerly, she was the first lady of Argentina when her husband, Néstor Kirchner, was president.
Cristina is Argentina's second female president, following in the footsteps of Isabel Perón. Isabel was President Juan Perón's third wife, following the legendary Eva Perón, who died before she had any option of pursuing leadership. When Juan Perón died, Isabel took power. However, it seems her rule was fraught with controversy and abuses.
Will Cristina do a better job than Isabel of driving the "President Evita" dream?
