About this tour!
This concert is likely to be sold out, as are most of the events of the Crue Fest tour, and the group is looking forward to continuing their history of success. Although Crue Fest does not officially begin until July 1, 2008, fans have been looking forward to it since its announcement in April 2008.
Motley Crue formulated the idea of Crue Fest with the intention of showing fans the "true meaning of rock and roll," and have invited several other bands to join in the tour. It is not known yet whether or not the tour will head to Europe next, but sources say that the chances are likely that the Crue will head in that direction once they finish the United States and Canada tour stops in late August/early September 2008.
As of now, the schedule of events includes performances by Motley Crue, Papa Roach, Buckcherry, Trapt, and Sixx: A.M. The collection of bands has been dubbed the "loudest tour on Earth," and the events promise to be a unique experience to say the least. Scheduled tour stops include Florida, North Carolina, Virginia, New York, Pennsylvania, several stops in Canada, Texas, California, and many other states.
