Is there a cure for Tinnitus? I really don't know if there are sure fire cures for Tinnitus but, I do know it is treatable.

The doctor told me I had to learn to live with Tinnitus, I refused to believe him so, I started to research Tinnitus to see if I could discover some way to cure my Tinnitus or at the very least find a way to lessen it. One of the things I found out was that in order to treat Tinnitus you first have to know what is causing it because the different causes have different treatment. As I get older, the Tinnitus gets worse, it seems that with old age comes hearing loss and with hearing loss comes Tinnitus. I don't know if I can completely cure my Tinnitus brought on by old age but, one thing that you can do to lessen the severity of the ringing in your ears if it is due to old age and hearing loss, is to get a hearing aid, a hearing aid will amplify the external sounds masking the ringing in your ear. You should not stop there, I found that to with age your body requires a change in supplements to help keep the body healthy, and by taking the following supplements that the aging body requires, you can increase or improve the blood flow which helps the body heal more efficiently. Here are just a few of those supplements,

~ Ginkgo Biloba
~ Melatonin
~ B vitamins
~ Zinc
~ Magnesium

And there are a few more, but these are the ones that can help lessen the Tinnitus whether it is from aging or not as these supplements can help improve blood flow.

Cure My Tinnitus Caused By Loud Noise's

One thing I never realized (all though I knew loud noise's could damage your hearing) was that exposure to as little as ninety decibels for extended periods of time can damage the nerve endings in the ears that pick up sound then send impulses to the brain. When these nerve endings become damaged, they send false signals to the brain that the brain interprets as the ringing that you are hearing in your ears. To cure my Tinnitus that comes from all the extended periods of time I spend in environment with excessively loud noise's, I started wearing quality ear plugs and if necessary ear muffs. Ear plugs and/or muffs can go a long way to save your hearing, had I started wearing them a lot sooner I might not have needed to look for ways to cure my Tinnitus for quite a few years yet. It is never too late to start wearing hearing protection, the sooner you start the less of your hearing you will lose the future so, if you are around loud noise's for extended periods, wear the plugs and hear tomorrow without the ringing or, don't wear them today and tomorrow you might just need to start wearing a hearing aid.

I knew I Could Cure My Tinnitus That Was Caused By Excessive Ear Wax

This is another common cause of Tinnitus that for many, is easy to cure but, for some may require the help of a medical professional. Excessive build up of wax in the ear can cause that annoying ringing in your ears, if it is not impacted, it most likely can be taken care of with over the counter ear drops designed to break up the wax and flush it out. In more severe case though, where the wax is impacted, it may require a medical professional or a doctor to safely flush it out, as more damage than good can be done if try to dig it out yourself with some foreign object.
