- Close your eyes, relax your muscles and allow the tension to leave your body. Feel the way you are balanced. When I do this I get a great feeling of safety, as if my center has wrapped itself around me.
- Roll your shoulders back, once again making yourself straight and tall and one more deeeeep breath - in through your nose and out slowly and gently through your pursed lips. And relax your muscles.
GOOD POSTURE IS NOT FORCED
