I am currently studying at The Ohio State University in Educational Psychology with a focus on health promotion. There are many techniques to maintain your motivation on a daily basis to get in shape.Some of these ways include getting a reliable friend to join you, creating a contract with them or someone else who will hold you accountable, and journaling your DAILY activities.
