DMCI has been known through the years as the builder par excellence. Everytime the name DMCI is mentioned, it connotes integrity in the building of quality structures. This makes it win the hearts of even the institutional giants and international companies. But DMCI is more than just building physical structures that that resound its vision-mission and creed. This endeavor of building goes even farther than that. DMCI is also about people, about creating lives and bringing a better future to everyone.

In this direction, DMCI would like to immerse itself in the world of training in order to develop the competencies adn potentials of individuals, thereby equipping them with the needed skills, knowledge and right atttude towards work that will facilitate their desire to rise from whatever circumstances they are in. That is why, DMCI has created its training arm the D.M. Consunji Technical Training Center (DMCTTC), for the purpose of training people in the construction and its allied industries.

DMCTTC, then, is all about training people with an essential core belief that training is all about Building People. In this view, training creates an environment of transformation, of lives developing for the better. It envisions on Building Lives. That, as it caters to a wide array of needs both for its SBU's and for the construction and its allied industries in general, DMCTTC would like to be active in uplifting the lives of the Filipino people, making them more competent in their chosen profession whether this is technical or skilled. ith this thrust in mind, DMCTTC's long-term goal and contribution to the progress of society are in its Building a Better Future for us all and for our country.

DMCTTC would like to stand as a monument to the act of building, of a picture representative of our being a builder in heart and in mind, not only of structures, but, most of all, of humanity.
