Jeff Sonnenberg is a Master Drywall contractor and has been building both residential and commercial buildings from the ground up for the last 30 years. He builds new and does remodels too.
Serving Nucla, Naturita, Redvale, Norwood and Paradox. Will travel if the price is right.
Drawings are done to code specs for the State of Colorado (UBC) and are drafted for a fee of $125.00 per hour.
FREE PROJECT ESTIMATES
All jobs are done on a time and material basis. Hourly rate is $45.00.

Jeff has been building this house for us in his free time. He has added 1700 square feet of living space to the original house that was a mere 1032 square feet. It is a four bedroom, four bathroom house now. The deck is 1300 square feet and runs along the west and south sides of the house. The siding is stucco and the roof is metal. He installed in-floor heat and it is powered by an outdoor wood burning stove. He drilled a well and installed a brand new septic system too.
