Yes, it is possible to reset the password on the DS browser, but it is tricky. What you do is when powering up your DS you hold down the L R X B Up Select buttons and use the stylus to select the Opera browser without letting go of those buttons in the process. Now you should see an option to reset the browser to factory defaults with no password.
