DVD Storage Units

Does the concept of organizing you DVD's seem like a vague and foreign concept to you? I know it does to me and that created a bit of an issue for my girlfriend and I once we moved in together. She's very organized and I'm about the farthest thing from it. I'd have to say that this really tends to be the case when it comes to things that I do in my down time. Movies that I watch, or games that I play just seem to land and stay everywhere throughout the entertainment room.

My darling better half wasn't going to put up with my disorganization for long as I found out. One day she came home with a DVD Storage Rack and demanded that I put them up and use them. Needless to say, I thought this was going to be a complete waste of time. I soon however found out that it wasn't a waste of time at all. In fact, it was the very opposite - but just don't tell anyone that I said so. I wouldn't want it to ruin my messy image that I like to keep very firmly in tact. But here are 3 great things I found out about using DVD storage racks that I didn't know before.

1. DVD storage racks let your friend and family look at all of your movies or games without you having to dig them out of in between the couch cushions.

2. DVD storage racks actually helped me enjoy my own games and movies when I don't have the time to hunt and peck for them. Now, I might be a little odd, but I like to play games online just before work. Something about it helps me get through the day at my job, but since I'm always rushing I typically don't have more than a half hour to do that. So every minute I save is another minute of game time. Victory!

3. The last reason was one that hadn't occurred to me before this but I haven't broken a single DVD or game by stepping on it since I started using the DVD storage racks. That alone makes them worth their minor investment. I didn't do it often, but when you do accidentally step on a crack a $65 game, the only way I can describe the emotion is as pure rage. So thanks DVD storage racks have helped me to protect my sizable digital media investment.
