Dannii Minogue (born Danielle Jane Minogue) is the other female judge on X-factor, alongside Cheryl Cole.
She's the younger sister of the singer Kylie Minogue, and has been overshadowed most of her life by her.
For a while it looked like she'd be overshadowed by Cheryl Cole on X-Factor too, but Dannii fought back by changing her look. She dumped the Botox (she didn't really need it as she's only 39, and it froze her face on a program where expressing what you think is key).
She also cut her hair, wisely deciding not to compete with Cheryl in the big hair stakes. As it turned out Dannii's bobbed hairdo really suited her, and the clothes she selected flattered her. She has at last come into her own style, and has developed a fan following all her own.

Dannii Minogue perfume - Project D
Along with the Project D clothes, Dannii has launched a set of perfumes - they were officially released in November 2010, and unlike the clothes, the perfumes are affordable.
There are three versions of the Project D scent: The first is called Dawn, and contains notes of geranium, bergamot, neroli and ylang ylang, the second is called Day and has essences of tuberose, Japanese osmanthus, daisy, and mimosa. The third is called Dusk and features notes of skin musks, sandalwood, and hot amber oils. You can get all three as a set - see below. The perfumes are designed so that you can layer all three (so you start with the Dawn perfume and then spray on the Dusk one at night).

Dannii Saturday Final Broadcast
Dannii looked classy in a red tiered gown with her hair swept back sixties style and geometric earrings. I think she won the style war tonight over Cheryl.The dress was by J'Aton Couture.
Dannii Semi-finals Sunday episode
Her hair was waved, and she accessorised with snowflake earrings. I wasn't sure about the dress, but loved the hair (it's a very flattering look on her).

She accessorised with glittering diamond disc earrings.

The dress is by Gucci.

Dannii was back in form this week with a white one shouldered draped Grecian dress, accessorised with eye-catching turquoise earrings.The dress is by Carla Zampatti.
Dannii in 1950's style flower dress Sunday broadcast week three X Factor
Dannii wore a strapless 1950's style dress to the Sunday broadcast which was reminiscent of the dress she wore to the National television awards earlier in the year (see further down this page).I think the retro 1950's look really suits her figure and in my opinion this has been her best look on the show.

Dannii wore a demure mid-calf black dress with chiffon bodice, by Antonio Berardi, to the Sunday program, and red lipstick. She's starting to look like a Hollywood actress from the 1950's. I particularly like the emphasis on the lips rather than the eyes.She teamed it with exquisite silver wheel earrings - see screenshot right.

The stand-out item for me in Dannii's outfit were her acorn earrings - see screenshot right.Will be trying to see if I can locate a high street equivalent.

Dannii gave birth on July 5th 2010 to a baby boy, Ethan.Mother and baby are said to be doing fine - first pictures on the right!

Dannii looked stunning at the national television awards in a 1950's style black and white striped dress. X-Factor won an award for best TV talent series.The dress was a vintage Victor Costa dress that had been reworked by Australian designers J'Aton Couture. Dannii teamed it with red high-heeled shoes.

Dannii Minogue in Dubai (judges house 2009 X-factor)
Dannii wore an exquisite multicoloured gown in the judges house edition of the X-factor, which took place in Dubai. It really set off her dark hair and blue eyes. It's a great look for anyone with a similar colouring to Dannii.The dress is by J'Aton Couture (who are Australian designers)
Her gown was full-length and had a train - but the multi-coloured look also looks great in a short dress - see below.

Dannii wore a beautiful full-length one-shouldered orange dress with a slit up the side for the week nine (the semi-finals).I thought the colour really suited her. Her hair was styled with a hairpiece, making it look like she'd put it up, which really suited her.

Dannii wore a strapless flowing gown in tan by Lisa Ho on the week six.The most striking thing was her hair though - it was styled in a really flattering tousled look, and the modern necklace went really well with it.

Dannii wore an elegant on-shouldered white dress on week five. The dress is by Australian designers Ralph and Russo, and I understand it costs £1950!I wish her hairstyle hadn't been so gelled though. A softer tousled look would have suited her better.

She added extentions to her hair to make a pony tail. The dress looked splendid, not sure about the hairstyle - she should stick to the short hair.

Dannii wore a full-length dark pink halter-neck gown to the first episode of the X-factor finals. She wore her hair in a rolled 1940's/80's style.I was not sure about the hair-style, but her dress was way better than Cheryl's (which had a transparent skirt).
