SAFETY
You wouldn't buy a car with features from the 1920s so why buy a bicycle that has a frame design from the 1800s? Fact is: the high seat and low handlebar position found on most bikes from the 1800s to today allow the rider to cut through the wind and achieve high speeds. For the casual rider, though, this position is the source of much discomfort and is not safe in emergency situations. The Dream's frame is designed to give you a truly unique seat and handlebar placement which provides many safety benefits. Riders of all ages and levels will feel safe, confident, and in control.Dual 26" wheels provide superior stability and shock absorption on the road or off.
Low seat height allows you to start and stop with almost no effort, you stay in control at all times.
Low seat height lets you reach the ground with both feet while sitting for greater stability-you can ride in the rain or snow without fear of falling!
Low seat height is great for the physically challenged or those who have never ridden a bicycle-you can actually "walk" while sitting down. It is almost impossible to not be able to ride the Dream!
Low center of gravity reduces pitch-over during hard braking.

COMFORT / HEALTH
Let's face it. Most peoples' bikes do a better job of collecting dust than kicking it up. They're hanging in the garage for a reason. That 5" wide seat just doesn't fit your however wide body and when your heart says "let's ride," your brain remembers the pain and says "no way." Put your heart and mind (and body) at ease. The Dream was designed with comfort and ergonomic features like no other bike on the planet. You can once again be excited about riding a bicycle!NO seat horn (SL model) eliminates ALL pressure on male anatomy!
17" wide seat (SL model) supports all of you-no more numbness
High density, injection molded foam (SL model) for all-day comfort
Adjustable backrest with lumbar supports your entire spine
Extended handlebars reduce low back pain and fatigue normally associated with leaning forward
Extended handlebars eliminate stress on the wrists
Upright sitting position provides a superior breathing position
The backrest, sitting position, and comfort of a recumbent exercise bike at the fitness center - that you can enjoy anywhere you want go!

HANDLING / PERFORMANCE
Just because a bicycle is incredibly comfortable and safe doesn't mean its performance has to be compromised. While the Dream may not be as light as a performance bike, some of our biggest fans are high end road bikers who were skeptical until they rode it. They can't believe how well the Dream corners and hugs the road - and the comfort and positioning make it that much more enjoyable.* Aluminum frame is strong and very light
* 21 speeds provide ample speed and power/single speed for smoothness and simplicity
* Low center of gravity and ability to reach the ground with both feet give you the confidence to fly through the tightest turns
* Forward mounted seat (in relation to rear wheel) allows you to climb virtually any hill with stable steering and balanced weight distribution
* Backrest provides extra power during acceleration and climbing
* A 51" wheelbase and excellent steering geometry provide quickness and stability under the most demanding conditions. Nothing handles like the Dream.

- After 10 years of riding my Schwinn Sierra, I was almost forced to give up biking because of the pain in my back and elbows. The Day 6 Dream changed all that. After 1 test ride my wife and I each left with one. Now many pound lighter and feeling great, the price is long forgotten. Best investment we ever made.

- Yes, I've tried one of these, too, and it's owned by my friend! It was an SS (super sport) model and I say, it's the best and most comfortable ride of my life! You have to rid it to believe it! God, I gotta have one of those! But...I'll just save on money first, right? After I can earn enough from my College checks sites business, that's the time I can afford to buy one for my own but I think I have the Dream SL!

- I test rode one of the Day 6 bikes in Newport Beach, CA. It was only a one speed model. It was very comfortable and I loved the backrest. I am thinking about getting the 21 speed. I like the fact that anyone can ride it and that you can add a motor later on. I am 5' 3" and am able to put my feet on the ground when stopping.
