Top Notch Decluttering Ideas to Declutter Life-Style and Remove Complications
How do you think life will be without the commotion, complication and the clutter?
Ans - Perfectly simple. Maybe devoid of any excitation !!!!
That is how it should be. Ideally and in reality the art of living or leading a declutter life can be awfully simple but we unnecessarily declutter life and complicate things increasing tension and stress. Decluttering ideas revolve around removing commotion, clutter and using a bit of discipline.
Simple things first -
What does it mean, to "Declutter life"?
To declutter life essentially means to remove the clutter from your daily tasks, home routines, office tasks, issues and relationships which eventually lead to a declutter mind. Actually, clutter in your life and home reflects the true state of your mind. The actions manifest from the mind and shows it in the physical form in an untidy office or a messy home. Using Fengshui basic principles to clear your home can be an easy step towards a cleaner and cozy home.
Should we re-organize? Everybody including people who think themselves methodical can use de-cluttering ideas to enhance organizing skills. We might think we are already organized but using a little more organization in our lives can help us live better. It can be hard finding things when we need most when many things are cluttering the shelves, desks and home. But how about organizing a decluttered mind? The most difficult aspect is realizing and accepting this fact. Once you accept, it becomes a lot easier to leapfrog.

Unclutter Life and Organize
Declutter Tips For A Healthy Life Style
Who controls mind?
The mind is like monkey, who keeps wandering aimlessly in the past and future, without judgment and without considering the consequences. If you let your mind stray and give it complete freedom, you lose your freedom.
Mind is constantly flooded with thoughts reacting to the ideas and information coming through the five senses. In order to declutter, control these thoughts which penetrate the mind and become conscious of the process.

How to Organize Clutter

With some of the decluttering ideas, I am sure you will be able to help yourself to reduce clutter, improve your environment and eventually your health and wealth. Once you start taking small steps to remove clutter, there is a freeing and rewarding sense of positive achievement when you start to clear your clutter.
Attachments
Attachments to people, family members, things you own and your own self are all external stimulants means to declutter life and apparently seem difficult to remove. So how do you get detached to certain things, the goal is to positively remove attachment to personal belongings and the clinging to people and your ego. Start slowly and in small steps. Let's say you decide to remove the clutter from your house. You plan a schedule and break down into tasks. How many rooms are there in your house?
How to organize clutter?
How many shelved, desks and attics? To achieve the sense of satisfaction and results fast either you decide with a big messy room or a small room which is less cluttered. I am leaving the choices to the reader because human mind works very differently. For one individual, it might be very satisfying to clean the most cluttered room like garage first but for another person decluttering the drawing room which is the least messy will be more fulfilling. Mark a tick or complete with a green/red pen to boost your plan to remain on track and on the chart.
Expectations
It might so happen that your performance or daily actions are getting hampered by people who you are strongly attached to, how do you detach with the thoughts? Concentrating and focusing on your breath is a great method to conquer your thoughts, put aside some minutes everyday to focus on your breath and then think of doing things rationally for them without being attached. Think that you are doing good things to them because you are a good human being and not because you are attached to them or are having some selfish goals to be fulfilled. There will be failures, but think about them as your stepping stones to success. These things will cause an effort in the beginning because your mind is conditioned to think in one way, it is unidirectional, but now you are forcing your mind to come out of comfort zone and think rationally. Slowly things will improve and automatically happen naturally.
Organizing Skills
Declutter life with organizing skills, plan what you are going to do each day or each week-end to organize things, tasks and meetings. Have you cluttered the tasks so much that they look impossible? Break them into small and achievable tasks and goals. Handle urgent things first without procrastinating it further. It is alright to take external help either from an understanding family member, friend or a counselor.

Declutter your mind to remove clutter
Declutter Mind with Focus and Determination
Organizing Declutter

Many religious and Zen philosophical doctrines have advised mankind that fulfillment and enlightenment can be found through giving up unwanted possessions and decluttering mind so that the mind is in its original state pristine clear devoid of greed and other impurities. Personally, to declutter any thing, first it is essential to declutter mind. Cleaning the mind from clutter is a natural part of the 'giving up' process and doing with only bare minimum absolute necessities. Yes, I do occasionally slip up but with constant effort, force of habit and determination I come back eventually.
The human mind is a complex and complicated marvel, which is the core of us as human beings. It constantly requires a feed to wander upon, it is in fact a wanderlust which keeps jumping from one thought to another without control. You will find if anything that the mind dwells upon, it is the past and the future and never "THE PRESENT". The mind is often loaded with a stack of old issues and traumas, and layered in so many levels of consciousness that not even the best of psychoanalysts have ever been to sort it out. Of course, Buddha explains the composition of this mind in his teachings and you can also fathom its depth through meditation and progressing slowly in your spiritual quest if you are interested.
I have found that focusing on natural breathe without tempering the natural rhythm brings the mind back on track. A more pronounced method called Vipassana which is taught by the teachers who are established in Buddha's teachings gives and shows wonderful results. To strengthen this technique, it is essential that you practice it daily otherwise it is the same old story, instead of you gaining the reins of your mind, your mind is actually controlling you.
Take a walk to bring yourself near nature, understand and feel it to admire the beauty around you. Watch less of television and spending time gossiping or surfing through the net. You can listen to serene and melodious music if it helps to synchronize and declutter in your mind.
In essence, of all the points I explained above, to declutter mind and unclutter life is the most difficult , if you are successful in decluttering mind, you will be able to declutter life, declutter office, home office, house etc.
"GOOD LUCK"

The Art of Decluttering
Why Clutter?
What is more simple - to declutter your mind or declutter your house?

Decluttering house is easy and simple, mind is a big chatterbox , difficult to declutter.
Tipi says:
Always seeking serenity...
vallain says:
I've been progressing on clearing out excess stuff in the house. Now I have to worry about my cluttered mind too. Sigh...
mulberry says:
Decluttering my house is simple. I start at the beginning. I don't accumulate. Decluttering my mind takes a little more effort. "Things to Do" are often what floods my head, especially at night when I need to sleep.
Decluttering mind is easier than I thought, with all the things spread and littered around the house, it takes a lot more effort to clear the clutter from the house.
JJNW says:
I have been fighting house clutter for years and years.
