Hello, my name is Scott. I am recovering from 48 hours of non stop epileptic grand mal seizures and a 5 day medical coma. I still battle epileptic attacks all the time but God is Good all the time and I am able to go swimming 3 days a week and take classes at the local Junior College. As one who has a long term severe disability, I've had innumerable dealings with the Social Security Administration and now I am something of an expert at navigating through the system. I have been through the maze of government paperwork to get back payment of years of social security disability income for myself and others up to 20 years- SSDI. This has been a tremendous help to me! Now I want to share my blessings with others who are severely disabled. That's right, I want to share the same blessing with YOU - AT no out of pocket expense! What to Expect When You Apply for SSDI...

...and How I Can Help

The typical SSDI applicant goes through so much hassle when they try to get approved that many get frustrated and simply quit the process - doing without much needed income that they are entitled to.

As your appointed representative, I can take much of the frustration out of the process for you. I will be the liason between you and the Social Security Administration. I will contact you weekly to give you an update on your application status as well as apprising you of any new requirements or policy changes.

So what do you do if you are legitimately disabled and cannot work? The logical thing to do would be to hire an advocate according to Social Security guidelines to follow through for you, to get the process started and completed for you.

I have been through this process personally a number of times and I have received substantial back payments awards for my clients. I will explain the process and will contact you when something is needed. Unfortunately, there may be many steps -hoops to jump through!- depending on your personal case, that will need to be dealt with.

I'll focus on the tedious part, while you work with your doctor to get your life going in a new direction that will accomodate your condition.

    Great lens! A very good friend of mine is now on SSDI. It took her quite awhile to get the application approved but she received her approved a few days before Thanksgiving. Needless to say, it was a very thankful day.

    Great lens! When I applied for disability, I got fantastic support from a local Independent Living Center. They not only helped with the SSDI application, but helped me in more ways than I can count.
