- Muppet's Christmas Carol (Disney) is a fave of mine. While its wacky it actually preserves much of dickens text and is one of the more true to Story (Sept for marley)
I long to see the Patrick Stewart
And I did enjoy the scott version
I have seen a lot of bad versions

- Hello there: Enjoyed your lens. I still have some old 78's records in a "Christmas Carol" album starring Basil Rathbone. Must have been done in the 40's and that's when I listened to them. It's definitely a classic story.

- I love the story of "A Christmas Carol"! It is by far my favorite holiday tale ... and Mickey's Christmas Carol is my favorite version. This is an excellent lens that contains a wealth of information and ideas for teaching this classic. It's definitely a story that kids should become familiar with. 5* and lensrolled to "Disney's A Christmas Carol Train Tour"

- wow, kudos to you for putting all this info together! Very well done. Also have a look at his Infloox page - I've seen quite a bit there about where Dickens drew his influences in order to write the book. I'd never have guessed that they'd be so unrelated, in a way! :)

Hope you could visit my lens as well. Thanks
