- Don't forget Rx medications have food dyes. 2 out of 3 of my kids have very severe reactions to red 40. It is hard to find medication without dyes. When the kids need an RX the pharmacist knows he will have to research what is in the medication. It is not as easy with Rx's as with food where it is listed clearly. Most of them are full of dyes.

- Yes, I know all about sugar rushes, particularly when the weather is wet and I have 40 children arrive for a drama rehearsal when there has been no outdoor play! Welcome to the Children and Parenting Group
