1. Ice cream for Yogurt
The next time you want a sweet, chilled snack, try low-fat yogurt instead. They come in a host of flavors, from strawberry to even chocolate. So you can enjoy the creaminess of ice cream while cutting calories.

2. Butter For Olive Oil
The Spanish have been doing it for years. Putting olive oil on their bread that is. Olive oil is not only less fattening than butter, it's intense taste satisfies you faster. Why not try a drizzle of warm olive oil on toast for breakfast. Whether plain old extra virgin or flavored with garlic or herbs, this is one delicious way to burn fat.

3. Mayo For Mustard
This works the same way as olive oil. Instead of mayonnaise (which is chockfull of artery clogging fat), swab mustard on your subs and sandwiches. 4. Processed Cheese For Goat Cheese
