You Can and Should Lose Weight!!
In the West, we are generally overweight. Let me be blunt. We're fat! Poor dieting habits, laziness and a funky metabolism all spell trouble for us as a society. It doesn't have to be that way. There are ways to lose that unhealthy weight and feel young and invigorated again. But it will take work. Are you ready?
Perhaps the two best methods in the world are common sense steps we all can take to reduce weight. Ready? Eat less and exercise.
Certainly it's very simplistic and it doesn't work for everyone. Those two steps, however, provide the foundation for everything on this website. Start with those two steps and you have key to weight control.
Which Diet is Right for Me?
With so many diet programs and forumulas and techniques out there, which is right for me? It's just so difficult to choose from.Perhaps the first question is this: what are your goals?
Your overarching goal, of course, is to lose weight, but how much? How soon? Come on now, be realistic.
Losing 100 pounds in a month is not realistic. It's wishful thinking perhaps, but not goals. Losing 100 pounds in a year is more attainable (if you have it to lose) but it would take a lot of work.
But that's why you came to this site, right?
