Sporting Dogs
1. Pointers
2. Setters
3. Retrievers, and
4. Spaniels
How to differentiate among these breeds of sporting dogs.
Pointers and Setters are generally used for game hunting. They smell the air to locate the birds and then help the hunter by pointing their body towards the game.
Retrievers pick up the already dead birds and bring them back to the hunter. They can retrieve birds from land as well as in water.
Spaniels help hunters by scaring off the birds from bushes.

Cats or Dogs?
I would prefer a dog to a cat ANYDAY! Not that I hate cats, but dogs seem more loyal and friendly.
Dogs are way better than cats?
Fetching blurbs now... please stand byAbsolutely. Cats cannot be trusted! They lack that connection with their owners and are only bothered about when and where they will get their food.
LetsGoFrancis says:
I love dogs, absolutely. My job is dedicated to them. But I don't hate cats, even if my house is surrounded by dozens of nosy stray felines...

Dogs, dogs and more dogs please! My partner & I are renting at the moment so I can't have a dog, but I plan to get one next year. Should interesting though, as my partner loves cats and does not see the point in owning a dog! Yes, he is officially nuts! I try to explain the bond, the personality, just the sheer joy of owning a dog - I guess I'll just have to show him ;)
