    Hey Dieno,
Thanks for the input. However, Merville is a secret gem ,and anybody who has every read a good book knows you don't give it all away in the first few chapters. Daryl's course is a cornerstone to the disc golfing community, and is more important than pain felt on blackberry bushes. It must live on!

Squidoo smeedoo ,,,,,,,,, 2 of my favorite words ............. did I hear the word Wierdville? somewheres where the apple man lives with toffee girl and herb child ......... and no mention, must mean we are trying to keep all under wraps until it's time to move the flock from the forest of doom past the madcow ditches into the hop circles for full on exposure to a reluctant sun ........ deep boots keeping the elements at bay ........... holes that are and aren't, a passing line in a cave somewhere ~~)^^^###*_--- ==_))^ 10,000 years from now that says we played daryl's in merville and there was a huge blackberrynestonseventeen .... ooooooooooouuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuccccccccccccccccchhhhhhhhhhhhhh blackberries

Thanks for stopping by Mom. I am sure that with every game you play, you are one shot away from playing Merville. We will get you there, thanks for checking out the lens.
    Cheers!

As a newcomer to the Comox Valley I have been warmly greeted by the Comox Valley disc golf community. Leaving friends and family in Toledo,Ohio (U.S.A.) I was welcomed by the discers here as one of their own. This was no surprise as disc golfers tend to be good people, the world over. Get out and discover this perfect sport and the wonderful people who play it!

Good article, great videos! Maybe some day I will be good enough to play Merville too.

Great sport, great exercise... even greater fun to be with friends. It really is a sport for all ages, and a competition that plays like a social gathering.
Thank you to my kids for introducing me to the best sport ever!

Sorry big fella, it is a work in progress. Merville has the best course around as far as I am concerned. I appreciate all the time I have spent on your land playing some golf. Can I put some info specific to you course on the lens? Or maybe you would like to build one about your own course?

I don't understand how there is all that text on Vancouver Island disc golf up there and the word Merville doesn't show up once.

Hey folks, Check out my page, and tell me what you think. If you are in the Valley, drop me a line, and we'll go play a round.
    Cheers!
