Emotional Freedom -- what is that worth to you?

The Emotional Freedom Techniques - EFT uses a very old system to help remove the energy blockages in your body and free you from long-standing issues. Based on the Meridian Energy System used by the Chinese in their acupuncture process, EFT tapping utilizes that very same system to help remove your blocks.

It feels funny, it looks funny, but it works -- providing you are following along with an expert. The tapping is only "part" of the process. The other part is talking yourself through feelings about the problem at hand.

There are several excellent EFT professionals (and others who don't know what they're doing), but fortunately for us, Brad Yates is incredibly brilliant when it comes to EFT tapping.

Brad Yates is one of my favorite Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) coaches. His use of this meridian energy system for healing emotional issues is absolutely incredible. He's insightful and covers all the bases when he takes you through an EFT session.

It may sound silly and feel silly but EFT works for absolutely everything. And once you learn the feel of how it works, you can do it for yourself anytime, anywhere (preferably somewhere private)! EFT can help you solve money issues, health issues, love issues, how you feel issues - everything that can cause suffering in your life can be easily and effortlessly resolved with EFT.

The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a combination of ancient healing practices applied with modern methods. It is based upon the premise that all dis-ease comes from deep within. It incorporates the use of the Chinese meridian lines with a form of tapping on these key meridian points.

While you tap on these key meridian points, you say specific phrases, first a round of the negative phrases, then a round with the positive phrases. The purpose is to loosen the negative impact or belief's hold within your physical body at a cellular level.

When we get sick it is because we are at dis - ease with something in our life. Doctors and scientists are just now understanding our emotions and the impact they have on our well bing. Things experienced physically first emerge from the inner realms of being (the quantum field to scientists) outward, much as a seed planted in the cover of darkness in the ground reaches toward physical manifestation in the light.

EFT has proven to work. In some it has cured a disease as nasty as Multiple Sclerosis, in others, long felt trauma from rape or child abuse. It's range in curing most anything is wide. If you stick with it until your comfort level increases, you can find yourself healing from the inside out.

EFT Often Works When Nothing Else Will

(Quoted from Brad Yates Site:)

"Think of some issue that is troubling you and give it a simple name (fear of high places, backache, anger at your husband or wife,) - this will be your Reminder Phrase.

"Rate your discomfort before you begin, on a scale of 0-10 so that you can monitor your progress with each issue.

"1. The Setup: While continuously tapping the Karate Chop point, repeat this affirmation three times: "Even though I have this ____ (fear, pain, issue, etc.), I deeply and completely accept myself."

"2. The Sequence: Tap between 5 and 10 times on each of the following energy points while repeating the Reminder Phrase at each point:

"Eyebrow: Even though I have (this issue), I deeply and completely accept myself."

"Side of eye: Even though I have (this issue), I deeply and completely accept myself."

"Under eye: Even though I have (this issue), I deeply and completely accept myself."

"Under nose: Even though I have (this issue), I deeply and completely accept myself."

"Chin: Even though I have (this issue), I deeply and completely accept myself."

"Collarbone: Even though I have (this issue), I deeply and completely accept myself."

"Under arm: Even though I have (this issue), I deeply and completely accept myself."

"Crown of head area: Even though I have (this issue), I deeply and completely accept myself."

"3. Take a deep cleansing breath.

"Now, check in with your body, and see if there is any remaining discomfort-then rate that again on a scale of 0-10.

"Repeat this process until significant relief is gained - preferably bringing the discomfort down to a zero. It is very likely that you may feel clear about the specific issue you were focusing on, but it may have brought up another issue.

"In subsequent rounds the Setup affirmation and the Reminder Phrase are adjusted to new wording, if appropriate, or to reflect that you are addressing the remaining problem: "Even tough I still have this ______ (issue)."

"Suggestions: Tapping is generally done with two fingers. You can tap on either side of the body, with either hand. For the collar bone point, find the place where your collar bones almost meet at the top of your chest and tap that area with a fist."
