Everything in option 2, plus the Disney Dining Option. This gives everyone in your party one table service dining, one quick service dining, and one snack for each night of the package. There is some flexibility here to save up credits, and you can chose from over 100 Disney restaurants.
4. Disney's Magic Your Way Premium Package
This is exactly what it says it is - the true premium option.
This includes Magic Your Way Water Park and More Park Hopper with Non Expiration for the number of days you choose.
It includes breakfast, lunch and dinner per person per night with an even wider choice of Disney dining locations.
Even more benefits include theme park tours, recreation options including golf and horseback riding, a ticket to La Nouba the Cirque du Soleil performance, admission to select Disney Children's Activity Centers and more!
5. Disney's Magic Your Way Platinum Package
When money is no object........
All the features of the Premium Package and even more! What are the Advantages of Staying in a Disney World Resort Hotel?
1.Access to Disney World Extra Magic Hours
On certain days each of the 4 main theme parks stays open longer or opens earlier for Disney resort guests. So you get to see the attractions when the park is much less crowded.
2.The Disney Resort Dining Plan Option
This allows you to prepay for a dining plan for your party. The cost is $39 per adult and $11 per child ( age 3 to 9) per night. Children under 3 eat free.
This provides one full service, one counter service and one snack meal per day.
Most people seem to feel that it is a good value, but that there is way too much food!
3.Disney's Magical Express
This offers free airport shuttle, luggage delivery and airline check-in (for Alaska, American, Continental, Delta, Song, JetBlue, Northwest, and United Airlines only) for Disney resort guests. This can offer a significant saving and of course can save time.
4. Use of the Disney Transportation System
This is open to all with a multi day ticket. Your Disney World hotel will be very convenient for easy access to the theme parks and other Disney resort areas, particularly if it is on the Disney monorail system.
5. Free Parking
This is a big cost saver. The daily parking charge for the theme parks is $10 a day.
6. Charging Privileges and Package Delivery
In my opinion not a great benefit, but worth using if you don't want to carry your packages around the park, and then you have them delivered to your room.

My Favorite Disney World Guide Book
There are lots of guide books out there. You look in the book store and it can be overwhelming. I have pretty much all of them and if I had to pick a favorite The Unofficial Guide would be my choice.
The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World 2007 (Unofficial Guides)
If I had to pick just one guide book this would be the one. Easy to read, great research. In my opinion the one to go for.
