Diversion Safe Guestbook

From the lens Keep it Safe in a Diversion Safe.

What do you have hidden in your house (don't be TOO specific)?
What kind of safe do you think would keep your roommate, kids, or parents away from it?

These diversion safes are weighted down to feel like the real thing, yet they open from the top and bottom to hide whatever small items you want to hide. I guess the only thing you have to worry about is someone in your family thinking it is the real thing and trying to open that can of dog food for Fido. Check out fireproof safe.

I was getting ready to make a lens about Diversion Safes when I discovered this great one by you. I am now linking to this page from my Graduation Gift Ideas lens.

Wow, they are making a lot more product labeled safes.... I think that is great, the thieves are too smart and catch on to the hiding places pretty quick. Nice lens

In these troubled financial times it would be nice to have a little something hidden away. Great ideas!

Squidpoint, if I had a cleaner I would look more to the books, candles, and the wall socket safes - or frankly a real (non a diversion) safe.

What happens when the cleaner throws out what he/she thinks is an old can?

Years ago, I had a book that would be classified as a "diversion safe". The idea is not new to me, but the term certainly is! How interesting! And practical!
