1. Work. Do productive and creative work everyday. This is the first in the list. The most important.
2. Read your personal purpose statement, core values, and written goals. Preferably twice everyday - early in the morning and at night.
3. Do acts of kindness. Help others. Do something that would help others. Do it without thinking about or expecting any returns whatsoever.
4. Love. Experience and express love. Love and be loved - by your girl friend or boy friend, spouse, mother, brothers, sisters, friends, or even strangers!! Loving and being loved is wonderful, really.
5. Meditation. Spend time thinking about yourself or God or things that you love. Aka personal reflection. Aka prayer.
6. Breathe deeply. Learn deep breathing / diaphragm breathing. Aka Pranayama.
7. Review and update your "do everyday" lists. Make two lists - current list: a list of things that you currently do that make a real difference to your life. Wish list: a list of things that you wish you could do everyday. Everyday, keep track of how well you are doing with these two lists. As you progress, gradually move items from your wish list to your current list. As you analyze everyday, keep those items that make your life more fulfilling, and discard the rest.
