I found that I get the best weight loss results when my water intake during the day looks like this:

- I get one glass of WARM water with a slice of a lemon right after waking up in the morning. This fills up my stomach a bit so I am not very hungry, as well as wakes and cleanses the body. I have heard of other great health benefits of drinking warm water with lemon, not only weight loss.

- I get at least 6-8 glasses of water a day, not all at the same time. Try to drink a glass BEFORE eating.

- I try to drink my last glass not later than 8 Pm. This is not because of weight loss - just for general health, so that the body starts resting for the night.

I have tried hundreds of methods, I have wasted more than 6 years looking for something that works, and unsuccessfully wasting my time.
