In Memoriam --This site is dedicated to my beloved Angel Baby Peanuts

Dogs are blessings from heaven. Little angels that our Lord has sent to make us happy. My angel baby was a little blonde Pekingese. Peanuts was his name. I loved this little angel from the very first moment I saw him. The unconditional love and devotion displayed by Peanuts gave me a realization of how great our Lord's love must be. Through out those years with Peanuts I felt an even more powerful connection to God.

Peanuts was with me for 16 1/2 years. His health began to deteriorate the last year of his life as he developed kidney failure. Everyday I had to give this brave dear angel fluids subcutaneously. It is so amazing how this dear angel looked to me with so much love in his eyes and heart. His unconditional love constantly focused on me even when I had to pierce his little body with a needle to administer his fluids and his loving eyes telling me it's okay mom I know your doing this for me.

However, I knew one day soon I would have to make one of the most difficult decisions a pet owner ever has to make. Peanuts would let me know. His loving eyes would inform me when he no longer was experiencing quality of life. I didn't want my angel to suffer and when the time came I would have to let go.

When that day arrived I took him to the Vet and his life was gently taken as I felt my heart tearing apart. Although a part of me is gone. I know now he is pain free and in a better place. I ask God every single day to give my angel a hug for me.

Cherish your dear angel. Be sure that he/she receives the proper care and nutrition and they will live longer healthier lives. The significance of a natural healthy diet for our pets is paramount. Peanuts was given the very best of care by myself and Healing Heart Veterinarian who provided Holistic, Homeopathic care. We need to be aware of their needs, to give the comfort and care they are not able to ask for verbally. Appreciate how deeply they love you, their eyes speak volumes. The love in their eyes, so obvious.

I've had dogs most of my life, I'm so thankful for all the happy times for all the beautiful memories. Although my heart aches with sadness for each and every angel that has passed on, they will never be forgotten. Take good care of your angel, for we have been so blessed to have had them in our lives.

Angel Baby Peanuts

Not Just A Dog But An Angel

A blessing from heaven my very own special angel. No matter how difficult my day you were by the door to greet me,your tail wagging, your anxious cries, your loving eyes. You were always by my side to make me happy. You contributed so very much to my life. You taught me what it is to grow old gracefully.
Your unconditional love and devotion were always apparent.

Treasured forever you will always remain in my heart never to be forgotten,
always to be remembered.

Watch for me my beautiful baby. One day I will follow that path and we will be together again. Until then I will be forever grateful that I had a moment in time with you to grace my life. My very own special blessed angel, my gift from God.

A Faithful Dog

A Faithful Dog Will Play With You
And Laugh With You-Or-Cry
He'll Gladly Starve To Stay With You
Nor Ever Reason Why,
And When You're Feeling Out Of Sorts
Somehow He'll Understand
He'll Watch You With His Shining Eyes
And Try To Lick Your Hand.
His Blind, Implicit Faith In You
Is Matched By His Great Love -
The Kind That All Of Us Should Have
In The Master, Up Above.
When Everything Is Said And Done
I Guess This Isn't Odd
For When You Spell "Dog" Backwards
You Get The Name Of God. - Nick Kenny

Special Memories

Angel Baby Peanuts with his baby

Great memories and special playtimes.
I would ask Peanuts. Where is your baby? Go get your baby. He would take off running through the house as fast as his little legs could carry him. He always knew exactly where his baby was. He would come running back to me as proud as he could be. With his baby in his mouth as shown in the picture. He would then drop his baby at my feet. Look up at me and wait in anticipation for me to throw his baby across the room, so he could run, fetch his baby again and bring it back to me. He was so sweet and so happy it was always a delight to play with him and we did so quite often.

Wonderful, tender, loving tribute to a wonderful dog from a wonderful woman. I own 3 King Charles Cavalier Spaniels. A mom Sophie and two from her first litter, a boy named Wolfie (he is registered as Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart Simmons) and a girl named Issabella. Sophie is 5 now, the others are one. I hope Sophie outlives me, as I am 72 now.

If only our pets could live as long as us and be our lifetime companions.

Beautiful sentiments of a profound love, devotion and sensitivity...on both parts..pet and owner. Yes God is wonderful and is to be praised for these wonderful creatures that are companions to us humans. Life is beautiful. We need to rejoice and celebrate this and always have a heart full of thanksgiving to our Creator, as you certainly do Christine.

    God Bless You.

Love from an animal is like no other, they are like our children. If anyone has not had an animal to learn from they have missed out on a part of life.
