I disagree with the smoking ban for many reasons! However there are some aspect to it that I do agree with...

I don't think that the Government should be able to tell us that we CANNOT smoke! I think that it's wrong to make a bar a no smoking area, because it should be up to the bar owner whether or not they allow smoking in Their facility!

However I do agree with making places children will be present non-smoking because everyone should have a choice as to whether they fill their lungs with nicotine. Children that have parents who smoke around them are not getting that choice. They just have to deal with it because their parent doesn't care enough to move away from their child while they smoke. I think that it should be illegal to smoke in the car if you have your child in the car with you, and it should also be illegal to smoke in your home if your children are in the home with you! It would prevent a lot of sickness as well as prevent kids from smoking! It would also respect the child's right to choose what chemicals go in and out of their body. That may not be in the constitution, but it should be!
