Dora the Explorer's Talking House

Dora's Talking House currently comprises of 15 items, plus the Gift Set and the House itself. Based on the TV show, as each new aspect is shown, a new play pack is released for the house. Your child is sure to love each and every one of them. After all, what could be more fun than playing with Dora and learning while you're doing it?

The House Itself...

The house is very colorful and expands to show a number of rooms. If you pull up on the roof, even more rooms appear, showing the 2nd floor. There are 30 phrases in both english and spanish that are played when you do things such as press the doorbell, refridgerator, oven, kitchen table, family photo, and the radio.

Bedroom Furniture Pack

This pack includes a twin bed that also converts into a bunk bed with the push of a button, a nightstand with a lamp, storage chest, teddy bear, and an area rug.

The furniture is made of durable plastic and the rug from polyurethane foam.

Twins Furniture Pack

This pack includes a highchair for two, rocking horse, 3-drawer vanity, lamp, duck, and a stroller that expands to become a two-seater just for the twins!

The tray on the highchair unsnaps from one side for ease in putting dolls inside.

Kitchen Island

This pack includes an expanding table, four chairs, and four table settings.

When you pull on the expanding table, a birthday cake appears in the middle. All four place settings have flippable placemats.

There is a second, older pack by the same name. This older one includes an actual kitchen island with 3 place settings (two of which rotate), 3 chairs, an attached stove, blender, pot, and toaster. This older pack is now hard to find.

Living Room Furniture Pack

This pack includes a couch that transforms into a bed, two throw pillows, a lamp, and a coffee table with a rotating top. One side of the coffe table has a newspaper, the other is a tea set.

Mami & Papi's Bedroom Pack

This pack includes a double bed, vanity, and bench.

The vanity's drawers swivel out, and the top flips to show either a counter with brushes, or a sink.

Bathroom Furniture Pack

This pack includes a shower that transforms into a bathtub, sink, toilet, bath mat, hamper, and rug.

Backyard Playset

This set includes a transforming tree, slide, swing, and teeter totter.

The tree transforms to show a playhouse. The swing really swings, and the Dora and Diego figures (sold seperately) really fit in all the equipment.

Big Sister Nursery

This is an expansion for the Talking House. It includes Dora's younger twin siblings, crib, changing table, and an easel as well as the Nursery section itself.

With this expansion also comes new phrases in english and spanish. They are: "I love my brother and sister.", "It's time to give the babies a nap.", "Time to clean up.", "I love being a big sister.", and giggles from the twins.

This pack includes deck with pool, diving board, lounge chair, cooler chest, duck swim ring, and a Dora figure in a bathing suit.

It has it's own sound effects, and connects to five different areas on the Talking House.
